Field water quality is closely related to human development and the survival of numerous organisms.With the development of industry and agriculture and the indiscriminate discharge of domestic sewage,the pollution degree of field water quality is more and more serious.Water quality monitoring is an important means to prevent outdoor water pollution.At present,most of the testing methods in China mainly include laboratory analysis after water sample collection,on-site detection with portable instruments and automatic on-line detection in station buildings,it has disadvantages such as high cost of investment and construction,large amount of maintenance and energy consumption.The traditional chemical method has some disadvantages such as time consuming and secondary pollution.It is difficult to meet the growing demand for in-situ testing of field water quality.Therefore,to develop a greener,more accurate and more efficient water quality monitoring system suitable for the wild environment.It is of great significance to improve the technology,management and system of water quality detection.This paper is mainly based on the research of water quality monitoring system in field environment.Firstly,the current status of water quality detection is analyzed,and the working principle of COD,pH,DO,temperature and other water quality parameters is explored.The principle and measurement technique of ultraviolet spectroscopy and potentiometric analysis are analyzed theoretically.Secondly,according to the actual requirements of water quality monitoring in the current field environment,the overall scheme of the system was designed,including mechanical structure,optical part and electric control part.At the same time,the power consumption of solar photovoltaic power supply is studied,and an optical fiber sensing probe is designed for the field detection environment.Then,the detection accuracy of COD,a water quality indicator detected in the optical part of the system,is studied.The interference factors affecting COD detection were analyzed,and the influence of wavelength,temperature and turbidity in measurement was analyzed and eliminated.At the same time,the influence of interference ion on COD and its solution were explored.Finally,the prediction models of COD interference factors and water quality indexes were verified by actual water samples,and the consistency of test results with national environmental protection standards was compared.The results show that the detection accuracy meets the requirements and is of universal application value.The prototype of the system was tested in the Yitong river in Changchun to verify the feasibility and applicability of the system design.The field water quality in-situ monitoring system developed in this subject has the advantages of intelligence,in-situ and greennes.It is suitable for the field water quality monitoring of rivers and lakes.
