| Objective:To establish two analytical methods to simultaneously determine 22 alternative plasticizers in plastic packaging materials.(1)An analytical method based on SPE-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established for simultaneous determination of 22 alternative plasticizers in plastic meal boxes.(2)An analytical method based on ultrasonic extraction-SPE-ultra-high performance supercritical fluid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed for simultaneous separation and determination of 22 alternative plasticizers in food wrap filmMethods:(1)HPLC chromatographic conditions and MS parameters which affected compounds separation and quantification were optimized,and types of extraction solvents,SPE columns and eluents were screened.(2)The influence of chromatographic and MS conditions on targets peak shape,resolution and MS response was investigated PVC plastic sample was extracted with n-hexane/dichloromethane(1:1,v/v).After centrifugation,the supernatant was purified and concentrated on Silica SPE columnsResults:(1)The method had a good linear relationship in the range of 1-500 μg/kg for 22 targets.The limit of quantification was 0.2-6.7 μg/kg,the average recovery was 65.2%-135.2%,and intra-and inter-precision was lower than 10.4%and 10.8%.The analysis was completed in 13 min.(2)The method showed good linearity in range of 1-500 μg/kg(r2>0.995)for 22 targets.The limit of detection was 0.04-10 μg/kg and the limit of quantification was 1-50 μg/kg.Average recovery was 75.6%-124.5%,and the intra-and inter-precision was lower than 9.6%and 10.9%,respectivelyConclusion:(1)Validation results showed that the method achieved high sensitivity and accuracy,and was successfully applied to quantify 22 alternative plasticizers in plastic meal boxes.(2)The method was simple,rapid and sensitive,which was applied to quantify 22 alternative plasticizers in wrap film,and could be further used for alternative plasticizers exposure level,bioaccumulation and in vivo distribution study in food,pharmaceutical,environmental and biological samples. |
