| In recent years,chemical industry safety accidents occur frequently,which seriously threaten the safety of people’s lives and property,and even cause environmental disasters,resulting in adverse social impact.The safety of production process in chemical enterprises plays a decisive role in avoiding or reducing the risk of accidents to the maximum extent.Only when enterprises fully realize the risk of their own work safety can they help to carry out work safety better.At present,a safety research institute scores the safety production level of chemical enterprises based on the safety management evaluation system developed by itself to help enterprises evaluate safety risks.Due to the large number of evaluation indexes and the great influence of the evaluation experts’ supervisor factors,it is difficult to reflect the production safety situation of the enterprise intuitively and objectively by relying on hundreds of experts.Taking the safety management evaluation index system as the domain knowledge,this paper comprehensively analyzes the root cause score of chemical accidents and the safety management score of chemical enterprises,studies the characteristics of enterprise production safety risk and the prediction of enterprise production safety risk,forms a more direct description of enterprise safety status,and provides an objective production safety evaluation for the Research Institute The evaluation and basis can provide reliable data analysis for the safety production management of the enterprise itself.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.At present,the number of chemical enterprises evaluated by the research institute is small,and it is difficult to analyze and mine the data only relying on the enterprise evaluation data.The number of chemical accidents investigated by the research institute is large,and the evaluation indexes used in the analysis of accident causes are the same as those used in the analysis of enterprises.Therefore,this paper uses the idea of transfer learning to apply the knowledge learned from the score of accident causes to the portraits of production safety risks of enterprises.Limited by the accident investigation environment and expert experience level,the lack of accident cause score can not provide comprehensive and accurate help for enterprise analysis.In view of the above problems,this paper constructs an accident oriented chemical safety index scoring prediction model,constructs an accident index scoring matrix,in which rows represent accidents,accidents have attributes such as types and losses,columns represent indexes,and the intersection of rows and columns represents index scores of accident causes.2.In this paper,a scoring prediction algorithm based on chemical safety index is proposed.The NMF based collaborative filtering algorithm is used to predict the missing score.Based on the initial prediction score data,an improved association analysis algorithm is proposed to mine the strong association rules between the safety indicators.Based on the relationship between the indicators,the FM algorithm is used to predict the subsequent indicators based on the previous indicators score.Experiments show that FM algorithm has a higher accuracy in the prediction of index scores,which can further modify the key index scores,improve the accuracy of index scores as a whole,so as to mine more accurate association rules between indexes again.3.In the analysis of enterprise safety production risk profile,this paper studies from two aspects of risk characteristics and risk reasoning.There are 60 enterprises rated by a safety research institute.Taking an enterprise as an example,this paper abstracts the safety risk characteristics of the enterprise and calculates the score value of the characteristics,uses cluster analysis to judge the level of the risk characteristics,identifies the high risk,general risk and low risk characteristics of the enterprise,and introduces the secondary index elements to draw the risk characteristics of the enterprise according to the level of the risk characteristics.The knowledge learned from the score of accident causes is transferred to the evaluation of enterprises.It mainly uses the correlation between indicators and the relationship between indicators and accident types to infer the production safety risks of enterprises and point out the potential safety risks.Enterprise safety production risk profile can more objectively and reasonably evaluate the score of the enterprise,more intuitively describe the current situation of enterprise safety,so as to solve the actual needs of a safety research institute. |
