At this stage,China's energy strategy is gradually transforming,emphasizing the control of total energy consumption.Energy conservation and emission reduction and new energy technologies have received attention.The development of the solid oxide fuel cell technology with hydrogen energy utilization as the core,and its application in the residential building area meet the requirements of energy reform at the present stage in China.The application of fuel cell technology in the construction field can live up to its potential.Fuel cell equipment has high power generation efficiency and high primary energy utilization.The equipment operation strategy makes it different from the traditional power generation mode which emphasizes the energy output on the supply side.The new technology can give consideration to the timely feedback of the demand side load to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.The distributed energy system based on fuel cell technology has achieved market development abroad.Combined with the experience of equipment selection in Japan,the solid oxide fuel cell with high power generation efficiency,which is more suitable for low thermoelectric ratio families,is selected as the research object.In order to understand the adaptability of the equipment in the household application technology of the residents in China,the research on the living habits of the urban residents in the north of China was carried out first.Initially understand the energy consumption habits and the heat-to-electricity ratio of Chinese residents,and propose the types of households that may be suitable for the operation of household fuel cell equipment and possible operational problems.Next,combining with the results of the questionnaire survey,the paper compares the differences in the habits of Chinese and Japanese residents in using electricity and hot water.Classify the size of residential electricity and try to get the ratio of residential heat to electricity.The energy consumption of Chinese residents,especially the use of domestic hot water,is significantly less than that of Japanese households.Based on the survey results,the equipment promotion path is further determined,and solid oxide fuel cells should be promoted first.This paper analyzes the possible problems in the application of solid oxide fuel cell equipment in China's households,and carries out the next measurement and research.Based on the results of the questionnaire,select representative measured users for data collection,record the household hot water consumption of the tested users,and provide the energy consumption load data for the simulation.Finally,using the actual operation characteristic curve of solid oxide fuel cell,a simulation platform is built,and a variety of operation logics are adopted to bring in the actual energy consumption parameters of residents,and the operation results are obtained: 1.Considering the low-power operation protection problem,the high-energy consumption family is more suitable for the normal operation of the equipment,and the low-energy consumption family is difficult to ensure the normal operation of the equipment with a rated power generation of 700W;2.The fuel cell equipment shows good energy-saving and emission reduction effect under different operation logic;3.Due to the small amount of hot water used by residents,the optimal design of heat storage tank heat control can be referred to;4.In the actual users,if a single family can not drive the equipment efficiently,it is recommended that multiple families share one equipment,with good operation effect.
