Abstract/Summary:
Seamless metal pipe is widely used in military industry,petroleum,nuclear energy and many other important fields.Large diameter and thin wall seamless metal pipe production is limited by a lot of factors,therefore,this paper puts forward a kind of based on the double roller metal roll casting billet,supplemented by new process for spiral welded pipe forming method,spiral roll casting process,used in the production of large diameter and thin wall pipe material,designed to meet the demand for more specification pipe production.Taking 6061 aluminum alloy as the research object,this paper mainly explores the basic double roll casting and rolling process in the early stage of spiral casting and rolling process and the later stage of double roll remelting combined casting and rolling process.Based on ProCAST software,the basic double roll casting and rolling process is simulated.The temperature field of the melting pool was analyzed,and the influence law of different process parameters on the location of KISS point was explored.The flow field of molten pool is discussed.According to the distribution law of metal liquid flow velocity,it is found that the velocity of a fluid mass is upward along the direction of gravity,and the velocity at the center of the fluid mass is the largest,among which there is a ring region with a velocity of zero,which is named as "zero velocity ring" in this paper(the same below).The stress and strain of cast-rolled metal billet are discussed.The double roll remelting combined casting and rolling process was simulated based on Pro CAST software.The influence law of process parameters on the temperature rise of metal billet was summarized by analyzing the temperature field of metal billet and molten pool in the process.The influence of "zero velocity ring" on the flow field of molten pool was investigated.According to "zero velocity ring" and KISS point,the temperature field was related to the flow field.Into this from the Angle of the two kinds of combination way of metal billets and molten pool of metal in the process of interface bonding are discussed,analysis of regional and molten pool of metal slab edge paste paste heat diffusion layer,which is formed by the metal and metal slab solid phase areaand melt ChiGu metal rely on outside force formation of the metallurgical bonding layer,summarizes the process parameters on the influence law of the combination of the two different ways.According to the forming method of the helical casting and rolling process,the relev ant equipment the helical casting and rolling machine was designed independently.
