| In today’s increasingly fierce global economic competition,each enterprise needs to have a certain competitive advantage in order to overcome difficulties and ensure its survival.If an enterprise wants to survive and develop,it inevitably needs funds as support.In the face of the current economic environment,working capital management is an important part of enterprise management,and its effectiveness is directly related to the implementation of enterprise strategy and how much value it creates.Enterprises need to ensure that working capital management adapts to their overall development,avoid problems such as management confusion,and limit the benign operation of funds.Now,the management based on the value chain has attracted the attention and application of many enterprises.The working capital management model based on the value chain perspective can more effectively allocate resources,improve the efficiency of capital use,and maximize returns.Tangshan Jidong Cement Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Jidong Cement”)is the largest cement listed company in northern China and is a capital-intensive enterprise.Working capital management is the focus.From the perspective of value chain,this paper takes Jidong Cement as the research object to study its working capital management.Above all,introduce the research background and significance of research,sort out and summarize the research results of domestic and foreign scholars from working capital management,and elicit the main content of the research;secondly,explain related concepts and theories about working capital management and value chain.The theoretical basis;the focus of the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of Jidong Cement’s working capital management,and pointing out the reasons for the problem analysis;finally,in view of the existing problems,the optimization of Jidong Cement’s working capital management mode from the perspective of the value chain.At the same time,corresponding safeguard measures are also proposed. |
