Study On Influencing Factors Of Gas Emission And Optimization Of Extraction System In Panzhihua Coal Mine

The safe production of coal is often accompanied by the emission of gas.Gas extraction is one of the most effective means to control gas and prevent coal and gas outburst accidents.Through the mine gas extraction,can not only reduce the concentration of coal mine underground gas,ensure the safety and efficiency of mining,but also can be unified gas integration and utilization,thus protecting the environment.In this paper,the gas extraction system of Panzhihua coal mine is optimized,which is of great significance to the gas extraction work of Panzhihua coal mine.(1)carry out literature research on the design of coal mine gas extraction system,summarize the current situation of domestic and foreign gas extraction technology,and put forward the existing shortcomings of gas extraction at the present stage;At the same time,relevant theories of mine gas extraction were sorted out,and the specific technical measures of gas extraction system optimization in Panzhihua coal mine were selected by using gas ablation technology and fine management theory.(2)the general situation of Panzhihua coal mine and the existing gas extraction system are introduced,the relevant data and gas emission amount are calculated by using the method of source prediction,the gas concentration reduction measures are formulated,and the drilling field layout,drilling parameters and hole sealing process are determined based on this.(3)combined with the fine management theory to optimize the existing extraction system.In combination with the theoretical calculation on the mine site,the optimized pipe diameter,pipe material and arrangement mode of the extraction pipeline are determined.Meanwhile,the gas drainage equipment is re-selected.Based on the existing gas extraction system,the problems to be solved and four Suggestions for the application of fine management theory are put forward.(4)analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the application of gas solvent:the gas dissolving technology has a good effect,the coal seam gas content,gas pressure decline rate is fast,the anti-outburst effect is obvious,can effectively improve the mining progress;Easy to use and easy to operate;Reduce the cost of gas treatment,the comprehensive benefit is improved,reduce the cost of gas treatment in Panzhihua coal mine enterprises.
