No.3 Coal Seam in Sangshuping Coal Mine of Shaanxi Shanmei Hancheng Mining Co.,Ltd,is a relatively difficult to extract coal seam,with poor permeability,soft coal body,and the outburst type is the main earth stress guiding type;the overlying No.2 coal seam and thelower No.11 coal Seam that could be used as the protective layer were identified as outburst coal seam,so the mining protective layer can not be used as the regional outhurst prevention measures to climinate the outburst risk of No.3 coal seam,so it is necessary to it is necessary to study a new scheme to control the gas in No.3 coal seam,so as to provide technical support for the gas control of coal seam with similar coal seam occurrence conditions.Based on the geological data of the test area of Sangshuping Coal Mine,this paper studies and determines that the technology of high pressure water jet drilling and expanding integraled pressure relief and permeability enhancement is used to drill through the strata in the rock roadway of the floor,and the gas in the roadway to be excavated in No.3 Coal Seam is pra pumped by the mine drainage system to verify its effect in the prevention and control ofcoal and gas outburst in the single coal seam of Sangshuping Coal Mine.In this paper the basic gas parameters of No.3 Coal Scam in the test area are measured.which provides a strong basis for the comparison of the results in the later stage of the test;the reasonable horizontal position and the normal phase distance of the bottom rock roadway in the test area relative to the upper driving coal roadway are analyzed thenretically.The research shows that the reasonable arrangement of the floor rock roadway can not only effectively relieve the pressure of the overlying coal body,but also reduce the work amount of drilling through the layer;through the investigation of the integration technology of high pressure water jet drilling and expansion,it is found that this technology can reduce the attenuation coefficient of the drilling gas flow in the test area by 1~5 times,increase the gas emission of the drilling hole by 1 time,increase the drilling concentration by 1 time,and increase the single hole extraction amount With the increase of 0.6 times and the increase of 0.3 times of the borehole extraction radius,a large number of coal cuttings are discharged by hydraulic reaming,the free space inside the coal seam is increased,part of the stress in the coal seam is removed,and the elastic energy of the coal body is eliminated.Combined with the use of gas extraction system,the risk of coal seam 3 outburst can be effectively eliminated.The research on the application of the technology of drilling and expanding pressure and permeability increasing in Sangshuping Coal Mine shows that the technology of high pressure water jet drilling and expanding pressure and permeability increasing is suitable for the prevention and control of gas disaster in No.3 coal seam,which is soft and stress dominated in Sangshuping Coal Mine.
