| In order to realize waste-less mining and solve the problem of surface subsidence formed during mineral mining,the best treatment method is to use tailings and other filling materials to make slurry or paste to fill the goaf.However,when the filling slurry or paste is transported to the goaf through the filling pipe,Due to unreasonable slurry gradation,low concentration,flow rate lower than the limit flow rate and cement produced by hydration reaction,solid-liquid separation occurs during the transportation of the filling slurry,and caking occurs at the pipe wall.If not dealt with in time,it will further develop into the phenomenon of pipe blockage and pipe explosion,Therefore,if the detection of the mine filling pipeline can be carried out,the location and size of the caking in the filling pipeline can be found in time,which is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the mine filling pipeline.This study is based on electrical resistance tomography(ERT),and studies the detection method of the mine filling pipeline.It mainly does the following work:(1)In this study,An adaptive ERT sensor is proposed.Compared with the static structure of traditional ERT sensors,the adaptive ERT sensor has the intelligent function of adjusting the sensor structure adaptively and dynamically according to real-time flow pattern changes,which can effectively improve the quality of ERT image reconstruction.(2)In this study,a 16-electrode ERT system is designed and built,including sensor unit,measurement and data acquisition unit and image reconstruction unit.The system is mainly composed of a main control chip STM32F103,an analog multiplexer MAX306 and an ADC chip ADC7606.The collected boundary voltage is transmitted to a computer through a serial port to realize image reconstruction.(3)In this study,the effect of concentration and curing time on the change of electrical conductivity of cemented tailing filling slurry is analyzed experimentally,which proves that ERT technology is suitable for detection of mine filling pipelines.Five kinds of filling pipeline models with different degrees of clogging were established.Using numerical simulation and actual measurement verification comparison,it is shown that the reconstructed image can accurately identify the size and location of the caking in the filling pipeline.Based on the above research work,this study designs a complete static test platform for detection of mine filling pipeline based on ERT technology.Through the comparison of numerical simulation results and experimental results,It proves that the use of ERT technology for detection of mine filling pipelines has certain academic significance and broad application prospects. |
