| Copper slag,electrolytic manganese slag and fly ash are accumulated as industrial waste residue for a long time.Occupying large-area soil land,harm to air,water resources and soil,and threaten human life and health at the same time.This paper deals with the environmental pollution of copper slag,electrolytic manganese slag and fly ash.Geopolymer porous materials were prepared by using fly ash and electrolytic manganese slag.Geopolymer materials were prepared from fly ash and copper slag.Study on solidification and adsorption of heavy metals using geopolymer materials.This not only realizes the effective utilization of copper slag,electrolytic manganese slag and fly ash reduction and recycling,but also has great significance in environmental protection and economy.This paper studies the preparation process of manganese slag/fly ash geopolymer porous material and the effect of manganese slag addition on its performance.The influence of technological parameters on the properties of geopolymers prepared with copper slag and fly ash.Adsorption capacity of manganese slag/fly ash porous material to Pb2+.Solidification/stabilization of Cr3+,Ni2+,Cd2+,Pb2+and Cu2+by copper slag/fly ash geological polymer.XRD,FTIR,SEM-EDS and ICP-7000 were used to characterize the structure,morphology and toxicity of the samples.The research conclusions are as follows:Using manganese slag fly ash as raw materials,the use of foaming agent H2O2 and N16 type stabilizing agent using alkali excitation method was prepared under the optimum process parameters of geological polymer porous apparent density of 0.49g/cm3,flexural strength and compressive strength 0.853MPa and 1.187MPa,respectively,and the hole distribution uniform preparation of manganese slag/fly ash geopolymer porous materials can effectively adsorb Pb2+when the initial concentration of 200mg/L,pH=6,the solid-liquid ratio was 5g/L,the adsorption was carried out for 20min.The removal rate of Pb2+in the solution reached 99.99%.Copper slag fly ash as the main raw material,the use of alkali excitation,under the optimum technological parameters of the preparation of geopolymer 28d compressive strength is 47.53MPa when copper slag addition amount was 20%,25%for the amount of alkaline exciting agent and sodium silicate module 1.2,12h curing time and 80℃curing temperature,28d compressive strength are in more than 30Mpa.XRD and FTIR analysis showed that the raw material of Si-O-Si and Si-O-Al migration.The fracture and recombination of silica-oxygen and aluminum-oxygen chemical bonds resulted in the formation of A new silica-aluminate gel N(C)-A-S-H.SEM analysis,which showed that the copper slag fly ash reacted under the condition of alkali excitation,and flocculant gel products were generated on the surface,and the microstructure of the samples were relatively dense.In the preparation of copper slag/fly ash geopolymer material basis,adding 0.5%to3.0%of heavy metals(Cr3+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Pb2+and Cu2+),five kinds of heavy metal solidification rate achieves 99%,the curing effect of copper is relatively good metal nickel was prepared according to than the other four kinds of metal solidification sample better overall,compressive strength of 28d compressive strength are in more than 20MPa and add0.5%Ni2+,28d compressive strength of 33.97Mpa.XRD、FTIR and SEM analysis indicated that the phases and corresponding characteristic peaks of the copper slag/fly ash geoppolymer changed before and after curing.The samples all had dense microstructure,but the EDS morphologies showed that heavy metals were distributed evenly in the geoppolymer. |
