Intelligent leather cutting technology is the key technology in leather manufacturing enterprises,and the layout of leather parts is also a problem of intelligent leather cutting.Because most of the master board and sub board of leather parts are irregular figures,it brings great difficulties for the layout of leather parts.In this paper,firstly,the image of leather motherboard is obtained by image mosaic technology,then the contour of leather material is extracted and the actual size is obtained.Finally,the scanning line genetic algorithm is designed,and the layout research and simulation experiment of two-dimensional irregular parts are carried out.The results of simulation experiment prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.Due to the large size of the leather motherboard,it is difficult to collect the whole motherboard image at one time when it is required to obtain the full image of the motherboard.Therefore,in this paper,the image mosaic method based on surf feature extraction is adopted.Through the mosaic fusion technology,the collected multiple mother board partial top view images are spliced into a complete mother board top view image.After obtaining the leather image,it is necessary to extract the contour of leather material and obtain the actual size.Because the leather motherboard and child board parts are mostly irregular shapes,and the camera will scale the original image to a certain extent after collecting the image.So in this paper,the contour of the image is extracted by polygon fitting method,and then the perspective transformation from the image to the actual size is done.Through the transformation matrix,the coordinate group of the actual size is obtained,which is the basis for the subsequent layout.After obtaining the coordinate cluster of leather image,the algorithm is designed and simulated by using the coordinate cluster.In the layout of two-dimensional irregular figures,the positioning and sequencing of child boards should be considered.Positioning refers to how to splice the child boards of each part and between child boards and mother boards without overlapping.Sequencing refers to the blanking sequence of child boards of each part.Therefore,this paper first studies the BL strategy algorithm,BLF strategy algorithm and residual rectangle algorithm of rectangular layout,and the critical polygon positioning algorithm of two-dimensional irregular graphics.On the basis of the above research,the scanning line genetic algorithm is designed.The scanning interval of polygon is obtained by scanning line method,and then the sorting problem of sub boards is optimized by genetic algorithm,so as to reduce the waste rate of motherboard and improve the production efficiency of enterprises.The simulation results show that the scan line genetic intelligent nesting algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of nesting,thus saving costs for enterprises,and the experimental results can provide some reference for the research of intelligent nesting.
