With the rapid development of natural gas network construction in China,a large number of pressure energy attached to the network is also comprehensively used in various fields,especially in the organic combination with the power generation field.The development trend of natural gas pressure power generation technology is gradually approaching to miniaturization,which is due to the development demand of intelligent control of gas pipeline network and intelligent gas construction.However,the technology of small-scale pressure power generation is not mature,and there are still many problems in the process of field station operation.In order to realize the all-round and systematic detection of small-scale natural pressure power generation device and make it better adapt to the operation of natural gas station,this paper designs a set of small-scale pressure power generation test system of natural gas pipeline network and optimizes it.Firstly,the process design and equipment selection of the test system are studied.In the aspect of process design,according to the test purpose and method of the test system,the process design is divided into four modules,which are related to each other.The equipment selection shall be in accordance with the specification standards of instruments and valves in the natural gas station to the maximum extent,and the test system shall be built according to the design process.Then,designing the operation method to debug the test system,checking the running performance of the test system and the working stability of the pipeline equipment,and optimize according to the debugging results.The commissioning process is to intake air at normal temperature,control the intake flow to be less than 500Nm~3/h,and the intake pressure to be less than 1.0MPa.Through the test,it is concluded that the air tightness and pressure maintaining capacity of the test system need to be improved,the pipeline control equipment such as the pressure regulator can work normally,and the dynamic monitoring and remote data transmission display of the instrument valve regulated by the control center to the pipeline gas are normal.The optimization direction of the test system includes:summarizing the test indexes by analyzing and debugging the collected data,improving the test system according to the problems reflected by the indexes and the problems existing in the actual station;designing a set of logic control program to optimize the test process based on the tedious operation problems in the debugging process.Finally,through the design of experiments,we hope to establish a set of indicators analysis process of power generation equipment to improve the test system.In the experimental design,the pressure drop ratio of control gas is 1.5-8.0,and the flow rate is35~90Nm~3/h.The dynamic data of rotating speed,power and noise are collected and summarized.Combined with the pressure,temperature and flow rate,the linkage relationship between the indicators and the relationship between the indicators and the power and efficiency of power generation equipment are analyzed.Through the curve fitting and regression analysis between the index data,the functional relationship between them and the data interval of each index are obtained,and the reasonable operation interval of the power plant is further obtained,and the energy utilization efficiency formula of the power plant in the expansion power generation process is analyzed.
