This research is based on the research team’s research and research on the breeding technology of Collichthys lucidus,and the analysis and evaluation of the muscle nutrient composition of C.lucidus in the East Fujian Sea area.Comparative analysis of muscle nutritional composition of four different geographical groups,analysis and comparison of nutrients of wild and farmed juveniles,and the analysis of fat and fatty acid in different tissues of broodstocks,and the biochemical composition of mature ovaries of broodstocks.The purpose is to provide the basic theoretical basis for the research on the nutritional value of C.lucidus,industrial expansion and compound feed development.The main research contents are as follows:1.Nutritional components,amino acid and fatty acid composition in muscles of C.lucidus were tested and analyzed with routine methods.The results showed that the contents of moisture,crude ash,crude protein,and crude fat in the muscles were77.70%,1.49%,17.21%,and 0.56%,respectively.The composition of amino acids of muscle was 17 common amino acids,and 7 essential amino acids for human needs(no analysis was made for Trp).In fresh sample the total content of amino acids was17.01%;the content of essential amino acids was 6.09%;the percentage of essential amino acids in total amino acids was 35.82%.It was apparent that the content of the different amino acids was stable and the constitutional rate of the essential amino acids accorded with the FAO/WHO Standard,fundamentally.Based on nutritional assessment of amino acid score(AAS)and chemical score(CS),the first restricted amino acid is Val,and the second restricted amino acid is Leu and Phe+Tyr;the essential amino acids index(EAAI)was 67.04;in dry sample,the content of four kinds delicious amino acids was 26.24%,and the percentage of delicious amino acids in total amino acids were34.40%.C.lucidus had high EPA and DHA content.The percentage of EPA and DHA in total fatty acids of C.lucidus was 8.23% and 13.22%,respectively.The composition of trace elements in the muscles of C.lucidus was reasonable.In general,C.lucidus is delicious fish species with balanced nutrition and relatively high nutritional value,which deserves further exploitation and popularization.2.Nutritional components,amino acid and fatty acid composition in muscles of C.lucidus from four different localities were tested and analyzed with routine methods.The results showed that the moisture content in the muscles of C.lucidus from Taizhou,Zhoushan,Chongming,and Ningde was 80.87%,81.43%,80.00% and 78.63%.The crude protein content was 16.43%,16.93%,16.63,and 17.03%.The crude ash content was 1.10%,1.13%,1.17% and 1.17,respectively,and the crude fat content was 1.00%,0.83%,0.83% and 0.83%.Rich in essential amino acids.The contents of essential amino acids in the muscles of C.lucidus from four regions were 6.82%,7.04%,6.75%,and6.96%,respectively.It was apparent that the content of the different amino acids was stable and the constitutional rate of the essential amino acids accorded with the FAO/WHO Standard,fundamentally.According to the nutritional assessment of the amino acid score(AAS)and chemical score(CS),the first restricted amino acid was Trp and the second restricted amino acid was Val.There are many fatty acids in the muscles of C.lucidus from four regions.The percentage of EPA+DHA in total fatty acids of C.lucidus from four regions were20.15%,19.25%,14.93% and 12.05%,respectively.In addition,the muscles of C.lucidus from different localities are rich in minerals and trace elements.K of C.lucidus from different localities were richest.Se of C.lucidus from different localities were minimal.3.This research briefly compares the nutritive components between wild and farmed juveniles of C.lucidus.The results showed that moisture content,crude protein,crude fat and crude ash in the wild and the farmed stocks were 81.63%,79.93%,13.30%,13.47%,0.73%,0.46%,1.10%,1.17% respectively.The moisture and crude fat contents of the wild juveniles were significantly higher than that of the farmed juveniles,while crude ash and crude protein content in the muscle of the farmed juveniles was higher than that of the wild juveniles.Eighteen kinds of amino acids were identified of the two groups.Including 8 essential amino acids(Thr,Val,Met,Phe,Ile,Leu,Lys and Trp)2half-essential amino acids(His and Arg)and 8 nonessential amino acids(Asp,Glu,Ser,Gly,Ala,Tyr,Cys and Pro).The percentage of SFA,MUFA and PUFA in the fatty acids between the wild and the farmed stocks were 68.71%,69.08%;7.01%,10.28%;24.28%,20.63% respectively.The amount of EPA+DHA,n-3 poly unsaturated fatty acids(n-3PUFA),n-6 poly unsaturated fatty acids(n-6PUFA)in fatty acids was18.89%,13.09%;19.00%,13.46%;5.02%,6.86% respectively.The amount of EPA+DHA,n-3PUFA of wild juveniles was significantly higher than that of the farmed juveniles.The amount of n-6PUFA of the wild juveniles was significantly lower than that of the farmed juveniles.Minerals such as Ca,Mg and K of the farmed juveniles were much richer than that of the wild juvenile and trace elements such as Fe,Se of the wild juveniles were much richer than that of the farmed juveniles.4.This research investigated the lipid contents and fatty acid compositions of ovary,liver and muscle of the wild-caught broodstocks of C.lucidus in IV stage of ovary development.The results indicated that there were significant differences of lipid contents and fatty acid compositions among ovary,liver or muscle tissues.The average lipid contents of ovary,liver and muscle of the broodstocks were 4.84%,2.66% and0.56% respectively.The average lipid content of ovary is about 8.6 times the fat content of the muscle.Unsaturated fatty acids are increasing in muscle,ovary and liver.The contents of DHA and EPA of ovary,liver and muscle were 14.50% and 9.60%,16.87%and9.59%,12.34% and 8.23% respectively.The compositions of C18:1n9t,DHA,MUFA,HUFA in ovary were significant higher than those in muscle and liver.The ratios of n-6PUFA/n-3PUFA in ovary,muscle and liver were 4.47,6.92 and 4.05 respectively.Therefore these data will be useful for the artificial cultivation of the broodstocks of C.lucidus.5.This research deal with the investigation on the biochemical composition of the mature ovary tissue of C.lucidus by means of modern biochemical analytical methods.Nutritional components,amino acid and fatty acid composition in ovary of C.lucidus were tested and analyzed with routine methods.The results showed that contents of moisture,crude ash,crude protein and crude fat of fresh ovary were 58.31%,2.33%,18.13% and 4.84%,respectively.The composition of amino acids of ovary was 17 common amino acids,and 7 essential amino acids for human needs(no analysis was made for Trp).In fresh sample the total content of amino acids was 18.64%;the content of essential amino acids was 6.92%;essential amino acids as a percentage of total amino acids is 37.13%.The content of four kind delicious amino acids was 5.59%.A total of 30 kinds of fatty acids were detected in the ovary.C.lucidus had high EPA and DHA content.The percentages of EPA and DHA in total ovarian fatty acids were 9.60%and 14.50%,respectively. |
