As an important part of oil production,the data of oil-gas gathering and transportation system is closely related to recovery efficiency,safety and environmental protection.Therefore,effective supervision of these data is playing a particularly significant role in ensuring the sustainable and stable production.Nowadays,the technologies of Internet of things and virtual cloud have been widely applied to oil production.Only by making good use of these technologies,can they better serve oil production and improve the efficiency of data acquisition and petroleum development.In this study,the technical scheme of low-cost Oilfield Metering Room is further discussed from the perspectives of design principles,demands for intelligent metering room,control framework of low-cost metering room,etc.Taking the Internet of things as the direction and according to the in-depth study of SCADA,the project develops a system of supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)for Jilin Oilfield via GPRS and 4G network transmission based on its actual demands for oil production.The system is mainly applied to automatic control of well groups and real-time data acquisition and transmission,etc.The system consists of two parts.First of all,the front-end equipment is composed of sensors,remote transfer units(RTU),4G LTE communicating module,secondary development display interface and other electrical devices.Secondly,the back-end part is actually a cloud computing center,including web administration software server,real-time database server,historical database server,IIS publisher,etc.Finally,a centralized monitoring center is set up to display the real-time data and give corresponding orders through B/S system,thus assisting the professional technical personnel in their decision-making and analysis.According to the field application,each RTU has been redeveloped,and the hardware device is programmed by C language of KEIL software,hoping to realize the functions of intrusion alarm,dump measurement,motion detection and so on.The CS software transfer remote data to a specific back-end server through the DTU for data analysis and calculation;and then,the processed information is sent to the Oracle database.Data acquisition is conducted every 30 minutes.Relying on the innovative platform management mode of the industry,the system framework creates an organic unity feathering centralized management and decentralizeddeployment by adopting cloud servers and making full use of resource sharing mechanism,thus providing support for the establishment of platform.During the past 2 years,the design,planning,and R&D of system,the hardware design,the software design,the equipment assembly,the on-site implementation,the debugging of software and hardware,as well as the actual operation,have been completed.In conclusion,the self-developed SCADA system features higher cost performance and better matching with wireless communication network,which is more suitable for the open environment of oil fields.
