| Since China’s coal industry is currently in the stage of technological transformation,technological transformation means that less energy consumption can be used to drive greater output.The mining technology of the coal industry has gradually matured,and the mining volume can meet the national production needs.In order to meet the requirements of high output,low energy consumption,and high technology in coal mines,China ’s underground coal mines are paying more and more attention to the mining environment.The ventilation system requirements in coal mine underground environmental requirements are quite strict.The most important air circulation supply system can ensure the normal life supply of mining personnel and the main means of working environment temperature and humidity.The construction design of the air damper of the ventilation structure in the ventilation system is the basis for ensuring that the ventilation volume can achieve an effective utilization rate.The purpose of this thesis is to design a mining full-section side-rolling damper that can actually replace the traditional combination of dampers and windshields to provide theoretical support to guide actual production,improve product yield and quality,increase product yield,and reduce production.Cost,plays a key supporting role in the ventilation stability of the ventilation system.The design of this country’s damper has evolved from a common wooden damper to a new high-tech damper such as an automated damper.However,the function status of the damper is single,and the damper needs to be combined with the top window to adjust the air volume and wind speed.A full-section side-scrolling damper under the coal mine that can combine the function of the window and the function of the damper is designed.This article describes the design of the mechanical structure and electrical parts of the full-section side-rolling damper below the coal mine.This damper can not only meet the role of the damper as a local air volume adjustment,but also integrate all the functions of the traditional damper into one.By combining the relevant theoriesof underground ventilation systems in coal mines,ANSYS software is used to simulate the shutter materials of full-section side-rolling shutters,and the deformation degree of three different materials,stainless steel,structural steel,and aluminum alloy,is analyzed.At the same time,The analysis combined with the unique environmental conditions of the coal mine finally determined the use of roller shutter materials.Mining full-section side-rolling dampers need to be used when downloading different opening and closing degrees at different wind speed conditions.This paper combines model similarity theory and uses the air flow simulation of FLUENT software.When mining full-section side-rolling dampers are used at 1536 mm,3120mm,At 4680 mm,the ventilation simulation conditions in the roadway under the wind speeds of 3m / s,6m / s,9m / s,12 m /s,and 15 m / s.The speed cloud map,pressure cloud map,etc.are combined with relevant theoretical knowledge such as ventilation resistance to A numerical analysis of the use of the full-section side-rolling damper was performed,and it was determined that the full-section side-rolling damper can effectively regulate the ventilation system and ensure the ventilation efficiency. |
