| In recent years,it is particularly urgent to develop a low cost and a high quality strip production technology because of the increasingly fierce competition in the composite strip material market.composite materials of Continuous Cf/Al has received the widespread attention as the advantages of high specific strength,high specific modulus,high fatigue strength,light weight,high resistance to wear,high conductivity and high thermal conductive performance.Such as the ideal new composite material,the research and application are more and more deeply in the transport,military industry and aerospace materials and so on.The present article study the composite materials of Cf/Al and its mechanical properties,microstructure,interfacial characteristics and the fracture morphology such as line mainly through two-roll casting molding in the preparation of continuous forming technique of Cf/Al.And by means of numerical simulation for two-roll casting in preparation for the composite board of Cf/Al,we analyze the forming process of the fluid-structure interaction.Meanwhile we discuss the process parameters on composite board of continuous Cf/Al with the influence law of forming process.We put forward the composite materials of Cf/Al as simple,high efficient production technology for providing new ideas and basis.1.In continuous Cf/Al composites,the distribution of carbon fiber reinforced phase is one of the main factors affecting the properties of the composites.If the reinforcement phase is uniformly distributed,the stress distribution inside the composite material will be uniform under the condition of external load,thus improving the tensile property of the composite material.If the reinforcement phase is distributed unevenly or has defects such as voids,stress concentration will easily occur,which will greatly affect the mechanical properties and fatigue life of components.2.In this paper,the cast-rolling plate with smooth surface and no obvious surface defects can be prepared under the conditions of 963 K to 993 K,2m/min to 3.3m/min rolling speed and2 mm roll gap for the aluminum matrix of the composite plate strip of continuous Cf/Al prepared by the twin-roll casting method.Under the conditions of pouring temperature of973 K and roll speed of 2.7m/min,the distribution of carbon fiber reinforced phase is one of the important factors affecting the properties of the composites.The result is the wettability between the carbon fiber and the aluminum matrix improved,the nickel coating kept intact,the oxidation of the carbon fiber prevented,defects such as voids and the like which are few among the reinforcing phases,the distribution uniform,and the performance of the composite material improved.However,the molten aluminum does not infiltrate into the fiber bundles,and the inner fiber filaments are mainly composed of metallic nickel.The poor infiltration of molten aluminum into the composite material is not conducive to the improvement of the performance of the composite material.It is considered to appropriately increase the rolling force so as to increase the infiltration pressure of molten aluminum to reduce the internal voids of the material and improve the wettability.3.In the analysis of fluid-solid coupling in the two-roll casting process of continuous Cf/Al composite strip by means of numerical simulation,the influence law of two-roll casting process parameters on the forming of continuous composite strip of Cf/Al is obtained.The temperature field and solidification field under different roller speeds,pouring temperatures and heat transfer coefficients are compared.It is concluded that under the condition that other conditions remain unchanged,with the acceleration of roller speed,the shorter the cooling time of aluminum base temperature,the higher the outlet temperature,and the larger the proportion of liquid phase region.With the increase of pouring temperature,the outlet temperature is higher and the proportion of liquid phase region is larger.And with the increase of heat transfer coefficient,the temperature of aluminum matrix cools faster,the outlet temperature is lower,and the proportion of liquid phase region is smaller. |
