PCMs can provide high-efficiency energy storage and play an important role in latent heat storage.Due to its shortcomings such as excessive fluidity,easy leakage,and low thermal conductivity during the process of phase transition,it is often restricted in some practical applications.Therefore,it is meaningful to find novel shape-stabilized PCMs with high thermal conductivity.Light curing technology is an efficient,environmentally friendly,energy-saving,and high-quality material treatment technology.In this paper,NPGDMA is selected as the photo-curing monomer,which is cured under the action of a photoinitiator to form a three-dimensional network structure to achieve the purpose of maintaining the shape stability and avoiding leakage.In this paper,BN,a highly thermally conductive filler,is selected to improve the thermal conductivity of the composite PCMs.In this paper,three composite PCMs were successfully prepared,namely Paraffin/NPGDMA/BN,Octadecane/NPGDMA/BN,and Ozocerite/NPGDMA/BN.Through experiments,it is determined that the optimal mass ratio of paraffin:NPGDMA in Paraffin/NPGDMA/BN composite is 7 : 3,and the optimal content ratio of BN is 5% of the total content.The DSC test results show that the latent heat of Paraffin/NPGDMA/BN is 123.0 J/g.After 11 leakage tests,the sample has only a small amount of latent heat loss,indicating that the sample has good recyclability.The thermal conductivity is 59.2% higher than that of paraffin.Through experiments,it is determined that the optimal mass ratio of octadecane : NPGDMA in Octadecane/NPGDMA/BN composite is 5 : 5,and the optimal content ratio of BN is5 % of the total content.The DSC test results show that the latent heat of Octadecane/NPGDMA/BN is 103.9 J/g.After 11 leakage tests,the samples can be recycled..The thermal conductivity is 49.6 % higher than that of octadecane.Through experiments,it is determined that the optimal mass ratio of ozocerite: NPGDMA in the Ozocerite/NPGDMA/BN composite is 7 : 3,and the optimal content ratio of BN is5% of the total content.Through the DSC test,the latent heat of Ozocerite/NPGDMA/BN is 103.1 J/g.The sample has good latent heat and can be applied to thermal energy storage.The thermal conductivity is 48.1 % higher than that of ozocerite.For the above three successfully prepared samples,the reaction materials and the prepared PCMs are characterized as follows.FT-IR and XRD show that it is only themixing between the raw materials,and no other substances are introduced.The morphology of the sample is observed by SEM.TGA indicates that the composite material has better thermal stability during the phase change of the PCMs.The hot stage shows that the composite PCMs material has good shape stability.
