Anions play an important role in maintaining the physiological activity of cells in general. They are involved in important physiological activities such as cell proliferation, cell excitability regulation,pH regulation, and immune response, while the imbalances of anions usually have an effect on the cell activity and even causes cell death. Therefore, the study for their interference with cell activity has important physiological significance. The transmembrane transport of anions is strictly regulated by the cell membrane as not enter into the cells freely through the cell membrane. Thus,an appropriate carrier was needed. In recent years, nanomaterials have been widely used in the field of drug carriers which can cross cell membranes through endocytosis with suitable sized. In this paper, carriers for chloride ion and phosphate ions were constructed based on polymers and two-dimensional nanomaterials. These carriers have been used to transport anions into cells with endocytosis and caused interference with cell activity by altering the cell’s ion balance. The specific research content was as follows:1.A 6-methoxyquinoline-N-propylamine was used as the main monomer to synthesize hyper-crosslinked polymer as a chloride ion carrier, which was synthesized by a simple Friedel-Crafts reaction. The polymer was characterized with a series of means such as BET surface area,SEM,DLS,etc. And its adsorption property and conditions were also optimized. The surface of this polymer had a large positive charge when the pH was 3.0.Under the conditions, the adsorption capacity of chloride ions was 205.6 mg/g,which had a better loading effect on chloride ions.2.A polyacrylamide micelle based on pH response was designed and synthesized as a phosphate ions carrier. At the conditions of pH=4(in the Hepes buffer solution),PGAH loaded phosphate anions with large adsorption and selectivity. We studied the release of PGAH-P for phosphate ions and its effect on Hela cells, the results showed that carriers could enter into Hela cells and release phosphate ions from PGAH-P,inducing apoptosis in Hela cells and causing the decrease of mitochondrial membrane potential.3.An artemisinin-loaded black phosphorus nanosheet with a targeting group was prepared as a phosphate ions carrier, and the targeting groups were added for the cancertargeting function to the carrier. We studied the process by which the carrier releases phosphate ions after entering the cancer cell. The results showed that the carrier could enter Hela cells through targeting group and gradually decompose to generate phosphate ions under the slightly acidic environment of the cancer cells, causing imbalance of phosphate ions and necrosis.
