Currently,research on fuel-free microactuators driven by external environments?eg,light,magnetic fields,ultrasound or electric fields,etc.?is a rapidly evolving research direction,especially for magnetically driven micro-nano actuators,their structure and It is very versatile and has a wide range of driving methods and motion modes.Its application range is also extensive: for example,drug delivery and release in vivo,micronano-scale object transport,environmental index monitoring and repair.At the same time,these microactuators are also faced with problems such as poor biocompatibility,complicated preparation methods,expensive preparation equipment,and difficulty in achieving rapid batch preparation.Therefore,there is a need for a magnetically driven microactuator that is simple in preparation,biocompatible,and easy to prepare in large quantities and has practical application prospects to realiza the needs of different applicationsIn this paper,a mirco magnetic rod-shaped gel actuator equipped with nano-Fe3O4 magnetic particles was designed and fabricated.We used acrylamide and Nisopropylacrylamide as the gel matrix,and fabricated the nano-Fe3O4 magnetic particles by hydrothermal method for magnetic doping.Then,the rod-shaped micro-magnetic gel actuator was fabricated by template method in polyethylene capillary.We have successfully implemented a specific position where the micro-magnetic rod-like gel actuator can move under a specified magnetic field and then performs a specific motion pattern such as rotation.We use a data statistic of the maximum pre-step speed and the corresponding magnetic field strength and length variation in different viscosity liquids to achieve a micro-magnetic rod-like gel actuator system that can be used for micro-liquid viscosity calibration detection.At the same time,we carried a fluorescent substance,Rhodamine 6G,to observe and count the release of Rhodamine 6G in the water environment prepared by the microgel actuator.The specific conditions include: the release under normal conditions;the release under stirring condition;and the release under temperature change conditionsa by thermo-sensitive responsive microgel fabricated by polyisopropylacrylamide?PNIPAM?;It realized the regulation of different release speeds,and could also achieve pulsed ultra-fast release through temperature changes.This topic is mainly based on the research and development of the magnetically controlled micro-actuator,and developed a miniature magnetic gel actuator which can be prepared in large quantities and has a simple preparation method,simple equipment and practical application prospects.The micro-nano viscometer we developed can realize the measurement of trace liquid viscosity,the real-time measurement and tracking of viscosity at specific positions,and the application of specific substances in water environment and drug release in vivo.It has certain potential application and development.
