Energy is the driving force behind the development of human society.As the energy crisis has begun to emerge in contemporary society,people are eager to find an alternative energy source to meet the future development of human society.In addition,thanks to the rapid development of microelectronic technology,various micro-miniature portable electronic devices have been widely used in all aspects of social life,and are developing in the direction of miniaturization and integration.However,the power supply system therein becomes a factor restricting its development.Methanol fuel cell,as a green energy device,has higher energy density,simple structure,high reliability,and renewable advantages compared with traditional power sources.It has a broader potential in the development of micro and small portable electronic devices in the future.Application prospects.Based on the future development direction of micro-miniature portable electronic devices,this paper designs a prototype of a distributed energy system that uses the waste heat generated by chips in micro-miniature electronic devices to drive methanol fuel cells.Feasibility of methanol transportation and supply technologies in distributed energy systems.It provides a certain reference significance for the application of methanol fuel cell in the field of micro and small portable electronic equipment.In this paper,the method of combining theoretical modeling simulation and experimental design is adopted in the research process.Carrying out research on direct methanol fuel cells,a simulation model of distributed energy system based on micro methanol fuel cells is established,including fuel transportation system model,micro fuel cell distribution model and direct methanol fuel cell system level model,and carried out Inquiry and analysis of simulation.The results show that the flow rate and flux of methanol fuel inside the battery increase with the increase of the operating temperature of the fuel supply device,and in the parallel distribution mode,as long as the surface temperature in the chip reaches 77 ℃,it can drive the entire The system works,and the output of the system node is about 25 m W.Based on the simulation results,a set of prototypes of distributed energy system of micro-methanol fuel cells in parallel distribution is designed.Through the prototype test,it was found that the whole system can be started smoothly in the temperature range of 60-80℃,and the startup time of the prototype is shortened with the increase of temperature,the node output of the system is greater than 17 m W,the experimental results and simulation results Basically the same.The feasibility of methanol transportation and supply technology in the distributed energy system of heat-driven micro methanol fuel cell was verified from both simulation and experiment.In addition,when the prototype was built,a miniature methanol fuel cell with a volume of less than 1cm3 was designed.The output power at normal temperature and 60℃ were 22 m W and 31 m W,respectively,and they could all work stably for more than 100 minutes;a methanol was designed.The fuel supply device can provide 1.26×10-4mol/min to 3.85×10-4mol/min methanol supply for the system.
