As the largest oil field in China,Daqing Oilfield h as been developing for half a century.Influenced by the nature of energy enterprises,the development of old oil areas in Daqing Oilfield has entered an extremely high water cut period.There are many inefficient and ineffective circulation phenomena,and the development of remaining oil is very difficult.Influenced by the rising cost of labor and raw materials,the exploration and development cost of Daqing Oilfield has a narrow compressible range.At present,the average cost is as high as $50 per barrel.At the same time,the cliff drop of international oil price is just worse.With the low operation of international oil price,the increasing cost of crude oil development and the increasing difficulty of management,the traditional competitive means have prevented Daqing Oilfield from realizing its dream of one hundred years.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the strategy of Daqing Oilfield Company in dealing with the market competition of low oil price in light of the current development reality of Daqing Oilfield.Firstly,the research significance and background of this topic was introduced in this paper,and the theoretical research related to competition strategy was elaborated at home and abroad.Secondly,the internal and external environment of Daqing Oilfield is analyzed.Based on the general situation of Daqing Oilfield,the internal environment of Daqing Oilfield is analyzed from the perspectives of business development,technical capability,cost control and enterprise culture.The problems faced by Daqing Oilfield in the face of low oil price market,including resource replacement faults,restrict the development space and the urgent need for competitive development mode,are concluded.Adjustment,lack of talent resources and heavy social burdens are the development dilemmas.The external environment of Daqing Oilfield is analyzed from the political environment,economic environment,industry environment and competitors.Finally,the development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Daqing Oilfield are analyzed by SWOT analysis tool,and the core competitiveness of Daqing Oilfield in market competition is obtained.Thirdly,starting from the internal development requirements and external competition requirements of Daqin g Oilfield,this paper analyses the necessity of choosing competition strategy in the low oil price market competition of Daqing Oilfield,and then chooses the competition strategy of Daqing Oilfield.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of compe tition strategy of Daqing Oilfield,it mainly focuses on policy and technological innovation system.In terms of human resources,safeguard measures are put forward.Through the research on the competition strategy of low oil price market in Daqing Oilfield,not only can enterprises enhance market competition,but also the sustainable development for Daqing Oilfield was reached,which conforms to the development needs of national energy security.Moreover,practical reference can be provided for market competition in other industries and for the development of the whole society.
