Garbage press equipment is mainly used in the garbage transfer station,it is the machine that compress and pack the collected garbage,and is a machine to realize the reduction of garbage to facilitate transportation by the hydraulic system.Its working principle is collect the loose garbage into the transfer station through the garbage compressor repeated compression and packing,loaded to the garbage truck,and then they will be transported to the garbage disposal plant for the final treatment to prevent secondary pollution to the environment.Firstly,this paper analyzes the application of garbage press equipment in garbage transfer system and the development trend in and outside and the problems g in the use of the existing garbage pressSecondly,in this paper the garbage press equipment is full hydraulic control,the characteristics of these equipment are safe and reliable,manipulative convenience and compact composition and so on.It mainly includes the main push control device,the door lifting control device,the locking control device,the latch control device,the Pull box control device,the trash bin,the dust removing device,the discharge device,the hydraulic system and the electrical control system.Through Inspection and analysis lots of literature,Combined with the theory of design knowledge of site conditions and hydraulic and hydraulic system to realize the garbage pressing equipment.The working condition and motion requirements of the garbage loader are analyzed.The hydraulic control system is designed,and the components and accessories are selected.The main circuit of the hydraulic system of garbage compressing equipment are analyzed,and the application of simulation software modeling and performance analysis of driving system.At the back of the garbage pressing equipment hydraulic system reliability analysis and calculation MTBF.To simulate the use of relevant software,to obtain the dynamic reliability of garbage pressing equipment hydraulic system.Finally,the hydraulic system of the garbage loading machine is debugged to verify the correctness of the hydraulic circuit design of each cylinder device and the internal pipeline design of the hydraulic integration block.On-site test is carried out,and on-site measurement and calculation are carried out on parameters such as garbage productivity,compression operation time and the like,and the results show that the device is stable in operation and accurate in operation,can complete various actions of the garbage pressing machine,and the daily treatment capacity can meet the transportation requirement of the domestic garbage of 120 t,The maximum thrust of the push head is 350 k N,and the parameters are within the design requirements,and the design purpose is achieved.
