| It is very meaningful to study the key technology of multi-way valve used in construction machinery,because the multi-way valve is the core basic component of construction machinery and the technology of multi way valve also weighs the national manufacturing industry.In foreign countries,the research of multi-channel valves has been very mature,and the application manufacturers are working closely with the research institutions,so the design concept of the frontiers can be quickly transformed into the products needed in the market.In China,many colleges and universities have studied the system,but these research results are seldom translated into enterprise production technology.This paper comes from a project called the industrialization of engineering machinery and engineering vehicles which is a sub project of strong foundation engineering.The design,calculation and simulation analysis of multi-way valve for 6500 k N coal drilling rig were carried out.Finally,the bench test and the host experiment were carried out,some problems appeared in the application of multi-way valves on main engine were optimized and improved.According to the structure and basic principle of the multi-way valve used in 6500 k N coal drilling rig,the design and calculation of oil port,the size of the valve core,the fit clearance,the force of the valve core,and the opening area of the valve core are carried out.The three-dimensional model of the multi-way valve spool is established by the Creo software.The over-current area of the U-shape combination structure and the semi-circular structure cross-distributed throttle valve port is derived and calculated by using MATLAB tools.The relationship between the flow area and the spool displacement is edited by program,whi ch provides the basic data information for the follow-up AMESim simulation calculation.The simulation model of a piece of the multi-way valve is established by using AMEsim simulation software.The parameters were set,then the pilot’s dynamic response ch aracteristics,influence of main valve control spring,stiffness on valve port response and influence of pilot damping on dynamic response of valve core were simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the 3D geometric model drawn by Creo was introduced into Gambit,and the simulation model was meshed with Gambit,and the flow field of multi valve port was simulated by using CFD technologyFinally,the related tests for the multi-channel valves of construction machinery were carried out. |
