With the rapid development of China's economy,M & A has become an important way for China's enterprises to seek rapid development.Whether the M & A of an enterprise is successful or not depends on whether the M & A brings the financial synergy to the enterprise.At present,there are few researches on the synergy of M & A in China,especially on the Financial Synergy of M & A in manufacturing industry.Therefore,the research on the synergy effect of M & A in the future has certain practical significance.Although M & A events occur frequently,it does not necessarily bring about financial synergies.This paper takes company M and N as an example to analyze the financial synergy effect of M & A.The statistics show that M company has obvious short-term and comprehensive financial synergy effect,but parts of the indexes of long-term financial synergy effect are not ideal.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status of transnational M & A and Financial Synergy at home and abroad,as well as the contents and methods of research;The second part introduces the relevant theoretical basis,describes the concept of M & A and financial synergy,and summarizes the relevant theories used in this paper;The third part is the case review,including the basic situation of both sides of the merger and acquisition,and then the process of the merger and acquisition,and finally it introduces the Motivation of M & A;The fourth part is the main part,using event analysis method,financial index method and Eva evaluation method to analyze the short-term,long-term and comprehensive analysis of the Financial Synergy Effect of M & A;The fifth part is based on the above analysis,summarizes and evaluates the financial synergy effect,and puts forward countermeasures to enhance the financial synergy effect of M Company in view of the deficiencies;The sixth part is the summary of the whole paper.
