Research And Practice Of Roof Management In Long-distance Fully Mechanized Coal Face

In the process of coal mining,roof accidents are called one of the "five natural disasters" of coal mine.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the roof management when carrying out the mining work for the working face,more attention should be paid to the prevention and control work related to the roof,so the related topics of roof management have gradually become one of the main research directions of coal mine safety control and production technology.In this paper,the 31114 long-distance tilting face in Jinjie coal mine is taken as an example.Through the combination of theory and field practice,the law of mining pressure,support selection and roof control management of the working face are studied.Under the condition of meeting the mining technical conditions,the tilting design,mining method,roof management of irregular working face and some roof adopted in the process of mining practice are studied.At the same time,the directional hydraulic fracturing method is used to control the initial collapse of the roof and eliminate the large-scale collapse of the roof during the first mining.Through the observation of the mine pressure in the underground working face and the fracture collapse at the head and tail of the machine and the surface collapse,the study of the apparent law of the mine pressure in the inclined working face is carried out to provide data support for the roof management of the working face.For the first time,the specific implementation scheme of roof pressure monitoring and observation in the working face is put forward,and scientific prevention and control measures are taken for the possible problems of roof management.At the same time,the roadway is reasonably arranged and the work tasks are reasonably arranged.The mining of the working face is a successful exploration of the irregular working face,which provides a reference object for the mining of the irregular working face.The design and mining of the working face not only reduces the coal loss rate and improves the mining life of the mine,but also provides guidance and reference for the safe mining of the fully mechanized working face under similar conditions.
