Prparation And Properties Of TPV Based On TPEE

In this paper,TPEE is selected as the plastic base for the preparation of dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers.Two kinds of rubber,MPU vinyl acrylate rubber(AEM),are selected for dynamic vulcanization.Two kinds of dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers are made from vulcanization system,promotion system,rubber plastic ratio and reinforcement filling system.The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)For sulfur curing system,the dynamic curing time is 6min,which is the beginning of phase inversion,and 14 min,which is the end of phase inversion.The storage modulus of TPV decreased with the increase of scanning temperature,and the G 'of dynamic vulcanized 14 min TPV was close to pure TPEE at 70 ?.The cross-linking density of TPV increased all the time,and the compatible area decreased first and then increased.(2)After hot air aging,the tensile strength and hardness of TPV increased,the elongation at break decreased,after hot oil aging,the tensile strength and hardness of TPV decreased,the elongation at break increased,the optimum amount of sulfur was 2 phr,and TPV had good reprocessing performance.(3)The anticoking effect of sulfonamide accelerant in MPU rubber is ns >nobs > CZ > DZ.TMTD,TMTM and TBzTD are not suitable for MPU vulcanization.ZDC is suitable for extrusion and injection molding because of its low dosage and Mooney viscosity.(4)When AEM/TPEE TPV rubber plastic ratio is 40/60,TPV has the bestphysical and mechanical properties.The higher TPEE content in TPV,the smaller Mooney viscosity of TPV.AEM/TPEE TPV has good hot air resistance,especially non-polar hot oil resistance.The higher TPEE content in TPV at room temperature,the greater G ',the higher TPEE content in TPV at high temperature,the smaller G'.The larger the TPEE content in TPV at room temperature,the smaller the hysteresis angle,and the larger the TPEE content in TPV at high temperature,the greater the hysteresis angle.(5)The torque of vulcanization curve of glass bead is the highest.AEM and AEM/TPEE TPV cannot be reinforced by glass beads.The physical and mechanical properties of silica are the highest,but the Mooney viscosity is too high.The powder has good comprehensive properties.
