Motor vehicles come into contact with the road through tires,and their surface patterns affect a series of performances when driving,such as safety performance,stability performance,braking performance and comfort performance.Because the pattern is vulcanized in a closed tire mold,it is particularly important to study the effect of the pattern shape on the exhaust flow field distribution during the vulcanization process.The traditional vent parameter layout is mostly designed based on experience and lack of science.According to the fluid dynamics theory,finite element software is used to analyze the influence of the vent parameters on the exhaust flow field of the tire pattern,so as to provide a scientific layout scheme and effectively solve the quality defects of empirical design.This project takes block patterns as research objects,analyzes the effects of vent parameters and the shape of the corners of the pattern on the exhaust flow field distribution,summarizes the design schemes of different pattern vent parameters,and arranges spring vent in the vent according to the obtained parameters to produce tires without rubber hairs,reduce the waste of rubber materials,thereby ensuring the quality of tire production.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Analysis of the influence of tire block pattern vent parameters on Exhaust Flow Field.Taking vent parameters as variables,the effects on the exhaust flow field were analyzed by changing the position,number,and model of the vent.Firstly,based on the actual tire pattern parameters,a pattern shape model was established,the fluid medium model is clarified,a set of governing equations for fluid mechanics analysis is established,and the initial boundary conditions of the finite element analysis were established basedon the vulcanization conditions.Secondly,analyze the calculation method of the flow problem,and determine the simulation settings of the tire pattern shape exhaust flow field solution.Finally,the effects of vent parameters on the pattern pressure field,velocity field,flow capacity,turbulent kinetic energy,and exhaust time are analyzed based on the simulation results.(2)Analysis of the exhaust flow field by the shape of the corners of the tire pattern.Based on the same vent parameters,the effect of changing the pattern angle and fillet size on the exhaust flow field is analyzed to find the ideal pattern design scheme,thereby reducing the impact of vortex and recirculation on the exhaust flow field.(3)Analysis of the exhaust flow field by the structural parameters of the spring vent.By changing the values of the cone clearance and the diameter of the valve stem in the spring air hole sleeve,the influence of the structural parameters of the exhaust flow field on the exhaust flow field is analyzed,thereby weakening the effect of the vortex on the exhaust capacity of the spring vent to obtain the most high performance,and provide scientific data support for the design and application of new spring air sleeves.
