The saturated structure of the main chain of EPDM determines its excellent chemical stability,which makes EPDM very important in sealing related products.In this paper,we studied several new environmentally friendly accelerators and selected several deodorants to produce environmentally friendly sealing materials with low odor;we selected fly ash,an industrial waste material,to explore its reinforcing effect on rubber.And wait for the quality to replace carbon black to further explore its impact on the performance of the product;use several different particle sizes of high thermal conductivity filler alumina to explore its effect on the thermal conductivity of rubber,and use two different sizes of alumina together To study its thermal conduction mechanism;finally,carbon nanotubes with high reinforcement properties were used to explore its effect on the rapid vulcanization of products,performance improvement and thermal conductivity.Research indicates that The performance of the rubber compound obtained by using the accelerator LHG is better than that of the ordinary accelerator.LHG has a certain effect on reducing the odor of the product and the comprehensive effect is the best when the LHG is at 4 parts by mass.The deodorant effect is better when the amount is not large at 4 parts by mass;the addition of different types of deodorant has little effect on the mechanical properties of the product.The deodorant 100 and deodorant 400 have good deodorant effect.When the white oil is reduced to 100 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass,the odor of the compound is reduced.The process of adding several inorganic fillers to the compound is mostly extended.The process using the filler N85 does not change the process.Obviously,the best and best formula EPDM,100;68 # white oil,50;carbon black N550,75;carbon black N330,25;SA,1;zinc oxide,3;N85,15;accelerator ZAP-4,2;and DM,1;S,1.5.With the increase of the amount of fly ash alone,the torque of the rubber compound becomes larger,the process of positive vulcanization time increases,the hardness of the product increases,the mechanical properties show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The rate decreases,the compression permanent deformation becomes larger,the DIN wear volume shows a tendency to decrease first and then gradually increase,the overall thermal conductivity of the compound gradually increases,and the amount of fly ash below 20 parts does not greatly affect the odor of the product.When the amount of fly ash exceeds 50 parts,it has a greater impact on the odor of the product;as the fly ash replaces the carbon black mass parts gradually,the hardness shows a downward trend,the performance of the compound gradually deteriorates,and the compound is in the fly ash Substituting 10 parts by mass of carbon black has the best performance,and the performance decline is not large.Considering the cost and performance of using some fly ash to replace carbon black has certain practical significance.Adding two kinds of alumina with different particle diameters has increased torque.The performance of 3-5?m alumina compound compound shows a trend of increasing first and then gradually decreasing,and the performance of the formula adding 10-15?m alumina shows a gradual decrease trend.;The thermal conductivity of alumina with two different particle sizes is gradually increased.When the added amount is equal to the mass part and the mass part is small,the thermal conductivity of the small particle alumina is smaller than that of the large particle alumina,but with the With the increase of the added amount,the thermal conductivity of the small-diameter alumina is larger than that of the large-diameter alumina;the thermal conductivity is the highest when using 20 parts by mass of 10-15 alumina and 10 parts by mass of alumina,as can be seen from the scanning electron microscope picture There is no obvious agglomeration phenomenon when the added mass of alumina is small,and there is obvious agglomeration phenomenon with the continued addition.With the increase of carbon nanotubes,the torque of the rubber gradually increases,the scorch time and positive vulcanization time shorten,the tensile strength and tear strength of the rubber gradually increase,and the elongation at break gradually decreases.After the test,the performance of the test has declined,but with the addition of carbon nanotubes,the downward trend gradually slows down.With the increase of carbon nanotubes,the thermal conductivity of the compound gradually increases,due to compatibility issues,the growth trend After it slows down,and the compression permanent deformation gradually increases,the DIN wear volume gradually decreases.Scanning electron microscopy analysis shows that the carbon nanotubes are added with 6 parts by mass in the rubber matrix.
