The Design And Analysis Of Automatic Detection System Of Cigarette Box Sealing Degree Based On Negative Pressure Air Extraction

According to YC/T 140-1998,the method of measuring the seal of cigarette packet,which was abolished in 2015,this paper introduces the design of an automatic detection system for the seal of cigarette packet based on the negative pressure suction method,which is a system automatic design for the seal detection method of soft and hard cigarette.The system mainly consists of five parts: sampling unit,drilling unit,adsorption unit,measurement unit and collection unit.Through the reasonable application of photoelectric signal and position signal recognition,serial port communication,solenoid valve control,step motor drive and other technologies,the execution process of each unit is smoothly connected,forming the automatic detection system of cigarette packet sealing.On the basis of system automation,this paper also studies the stability,accuracy,repeatability and reproducibility of the system.Through the experimental study,it is determined that the test value of the seal of cigarette packet is characterized by the change of the pressure difference between indoorand outdoor within 3 seconds not more than 0.01 k Pa.The variation coefficient of the test results of standard parts is less than 0.5%,and the variation coefficient of the repeatability test results of the seal of soft and hard packet is less than 1%.In different test locations,the reproducibility test of sealing degree is completed.The coefficient of variation of sealing degree test results of each sample in different test locations(laboratories)is within 3%,and the relative range of the same sample is within 10%.Through the above experimental results,it is verified that the system test is stable and reliable.The successful design of the automatic detection system of cigarette packet sealing degree provides an innovative automatic detection device for the industry.It has important practical and theoretical significance in improving the research level of domestic sealing degree detection technology,and is conducive to the development of intelligent and high-precision sealing degree measurement system in tobacco industry.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for cigarette enterprises to improve the sealing technology of cigarette packets.
