| Fly ash is an industrial waste emissions of thermal power plant,its emissions and stacked to form a new source of pollution,causing serious environmental pollution,will fly ash as a kind of mineral resources recycling,improve the comprehensive utilization rate has been imminent.The fly ash ceramsite in China is mainly produced by sintering method,the production process will not only consume a lot of energy,will cause pollution to the environment,but also a corresponding increase in the cost of production,has seriously restricted the promotion and application of fly ash ceramsite.For the above situation,combined with the fly ash resources are rich in our country,with the fly ash,42.5 Portland cement,sodium silicate,gypsum and lime as mixed powder,expanded perlite as bone core,water glass as interfacial modifier,through proportioning,ball making,maintenance and other steps to obtain a cylinder pressure strength,with large amount of ash particle size was consistent with the green energy of non sintering flyash ceramisite.The technical indexes,microscopic data and reaction mechanism of the ceramsite were analyzed.On this basis,the experimental preparation of non sintering flyash as main raw materials,cement as cementing material with water reducing agent and polypropylene fiber,through a series of processes,developed a green cement based ceramic sound-absorbing material.On the one hand,the self-made ceramsite can solve the problem that the fly ash occupies the land and pollute the environment.On the other hand,the sound absorbing material based on the cement matrix has a positive practical significance to reduce the noise.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the non sintering flyash ceramisite of mix design,through the test of haydite preparation methods,technical indicators test,the optimal preparation scheme;by using X ray diffraction and SEM analysis,the mineral composition and microstructure of the ceramic,and the corresponding reaction mechanism is discussed.Secondly,using the method of standing wave tube with the sound-absorbing material mainly ceramsite aggregate preparation,the sound absorption performance test,analysis of the self-made ceramsite particle size,material thickness,compression ratio,and the effects of different surface morphology of cavity behind.In the end,the small batch production of green energy saving unburned fly ash ceramsite was studied. |
