Superconducting material industry is a sunrise industry in the 21 st century,which is in a booming growth period.The establishment of superconducting material industry is of great significance to the progress of science and technology and economic development in China.Niobium titanium alloy is a kind of metal material with superconductivity at low temperature,which makes it have a good application in the field of aerospace.Especially,in order to meet the requirements of low temperature superconductivity,the Nb Ti alloy tube with large aspect ratio is of great significance for the preparation of lightweight.At present,there are no research results that can be applied in the domestic production field in the production of metal pipe with the above geometric characteristics(especially the length diameter ratio greater than 2000).In this paper,NbTi low-temperature superconductive alloy is taken as the research object,and a kind of auxiliary material filling extrusion forming method is used to make ultra-fine thin tube.This method can turn complex extrusion forming into simple wire rod(bar,wire)extrusion forming,avoiding many unavoidable difficulties in the process and equipment design and manufacturing of ultra-fine thin long tube extrusion.By using DEFORM-2D / 3D finite element simulation software,the forming process of the proposed auxiliary material filling cold extrusion pipe making process was simulated,and the extrusion forming effect and its influencing factors were studied.By using the method of single factor rotation and orthogonal test,the forming process parameters are studied,the metal flow law and load stroke curve in the forming process are analyzed,and the influence laws of friction coefficient ? between blank and die,die angle ? and extrusion ratio ? on forming quality and forming load in the extrusion process of ultra-fine thin and long pipe are explored and analyzed To a group of optimized process parameters,it can be used to produce ultra-fine thin metal long pipes with a wall thickness of 0.1-0.2mm,a diameter of 1mm and a length of more than 2000 mm.
