In recent years,with the wide application of fracturing technology in oil and gas field exploitation,the development and research of domestic fracturing equipment has been greatly developed,among which the primary equipment,namely special fracturing vehicle,is also developing steadily towards the direction of high pressure,high power,large displacement and automation.But in the actual operation process,with the increase of the power and mass of fracturing vehicle,the vibration problem of the whole vehicle becomes more and more prominent.Fracturing trucks are mainly composed of platform equipment and chassis trucks.During fracturing operations,the platform equipment will generate vibration excitation to the chassis trucks and cause vehicle vibration,which will have a certain iMPact on the safety and quality of fracturing operations,especially the fracturing pump.Therefore,this paper selects the actual vibration response of fracturing pump under operating conditions as the main research content,analyzes the vibration characteristics of fracturing pump under operating conditions,finds out the main factors affecting the vibration of fracturing pump,and carries out parameter optimization design for the vibration isolation system of fracturing pump,in order to reduce the iMPact of fracturing pump vibration.This article in view of the more common type 2500 fracturing truck are studied,according to the composition and working principle of the fracturing truck structure shows that in the process of fracturing operation,the vehicle vibration in addition to the influence of the fracturing pump,consider the iMPact of a car engine,the vibration motivation mainly comes from the fracturing pump and car engine drive system that each cylinder connecting rod vibration force.Through MATLAB programming,the excitation force model of fracturing pump and engine drive system was established,and its excitation characteristics were analyzed,which provided theoretical support for the follow-up study on fracturing pump vibration.According to the theory of lumped parameter method,are established based on the ground and chassis truck fracturing pump vibration model,on the basis of the analysis ofthe ideal state and actual state of fracturing pump vibration response,and contrast analysis of the coupling action of chassis truck to study the effect of fracturing pump vibration,at the same time using MATLAB and Adams simulation results for the mutual authentication,laid the foundation for subsequent fracturing pump vibration optimization.According to optimization theory of vibration isolation,first the physical parameters of fracturing pump vibration isolation system are discussed respectively for the influence of the vibration response,and in accord with the engineering practice,on the basis of taking fracturing pump swing motion Angle acceleration root mean square value of optimization objective function,by changing the stiffness value and damping of vibration isolation components and installation spacing to achieve the purpose of vibration isolation effect change.The results show that optimizing the vibration response of fracturing pump can improve the isolation performance.
