The Baiyangling Mine is a high-gas mine,and the mining coal seam is high-sulfur anthracite.Once spontaneous combustion occurs,the associated danger of gas burning and explosion in the mined-out area is one of the main contradictions that restrict safe production for a long time.In order to better prevent and control the occurrence and development of coal spontaneous combustion in Baiyangling coal mine,it is necessary to analyze the coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of the first mining face,determine the goaf hazardous area,and put forward the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in Baiyangling mine.The technical solution has important practical significance.The thesis uses a combination of theoretical analysis,experimental testing,numerical simulation and field measurement to provide guidance for the prevention of coal spontaneous combustion in Baiyangling mine.Natural characteristic parameters such as 15#coal sample gas generation rate,limit parameters,and oxygen consumption rate were tested using a large coal spontaneous combustion test bench,and the critical temperature of 15#coal sample in Baiyangling mine was determined to be 60??65?,and the dry cracking temperature was 110??115?.The "three-zone" test of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf was carried out using the method of beam tube monitoring,the limit parameters were substituted into the numerical simulation software,and the oxygen concentration field and the air leakage flow field of the goaf were determined by using the fluid simulation software software.Distribution characteristics.The "three-zone" test of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf was carried out using the method of beam tube monitoring,the limit parameters were substituted into the numerical simulation software,and the oxygen concentration field and the air leakage flow field of the goaf were determined by using the fluid simulation software software.Distribution characteristics.Combined with the conditions of coal spontaneous combustion,a comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting coal spontaneous combustion,such as air leakage and oxygen supply,floating coal leftover,heat storage environment,and oxygen concentration,through field measurement and ANSYS Fluent simulation,finally determined the 15101 goaf of the mine The division rule of spontaneous combustion "three zones",that is,the 15101 goaf oxidation temperature zone is about 55m wide on the inlet side and 50m wide on the return side.Based on the coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters,combined with the characteristics of the hazardous area,a technical plan for fire prevention and extinguishing during the production of the working face was drawn up,which provided a guarantee for the safe production of the mine.According to the cause of ignition and influencing factors of 15101 working face in Baiyangling mine,the method of drilling and injecting glue downhole to form an isolation zone was adopted to successfully control the problem of spontaneous ignition of working face and the hidden danger of coal spontaneous combustion,effectively protecting the mine's safe production has a good reference for the fire prevention and extinguishing work of this kind of working face in the later period.
