In recent decades,with the rapid development of the economy,a large amount of industrial wastewater and mining wastewater have emerged.The research and development of adsorption materials to effectively separate and remove organic matter and metal ions in wastewater is the focus of today's society.In this study,styrene and divinylbenzene were used as reactive monomers,benzoyl peroxide was used as initiator,polyvinyl alcohol was used as dispersant,sodium-based montmorillonite was used as nuclear material,and polyethylene glycol was used as template to prepare Polystyrene/montmorillonite porous microspheres(MPS-NMMT);The polystyren-e/montmorillonite porous microspheres(RPS-NMMT)were prepared by thermal method.Using methyl methacrylate as the reactive monomer,azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator,gelatin as the protective colloid,sodium-based montmorillonite as the nucleus material,and polyethylene glycol as the template,polymethyl methacrylate was prepared.Ester/montmorillonite porous microspheres(MPMMA-NMMT);Polymethyl methacrylate/m ontmorillonite porous microspheres(RPMMA-MMT)were prepared by thermal method.The structure of the microsphere material was characterized by infrared spectrum absorption instrument(FT-IR),specific surface area tester(BET),comprehensive thermal analyzer TG-DSC).And the adsorption behavior of microsphere materials to Congo red and Cu2+was studied,the results showed that:SEM test results show that PMM A-NMMT and PS-NMMT microspheres are uniform in size;BET shows that the pore size of MPMMA-NMMT is 10.394 nm,and that of RPMMA-NMMT is 8.229 nm,which is a mesoporous material,and the pore size of MPS-NMMT is 8.655 The pore diameter of nm and RPS-NMMT is 7.706 nm,which are mesoporous porous materials.The removal rates of RPMMA-NMMT for Congo red and Cu2+ were 87.0%and 83.9%,respectively,and the removal rates of RPS-NMMT for Congo red and Cu2+ were 85.9%and 85.8%;the removal rates of MPMMA-NMMT for Congo red and Cu2+ were 90.5%,89.8%,MPS-NMMT removal rate of Congo red and Cu2+ were 90.1%,85.9%;The adsorption process of the prepared four materials RPMMA-NMMT,MPMMA-NMMT,RPS-NMMT,and MPS-NMMT to Congo red and copper sulfate is based on quasi-second-order kinetics;the adsorption isotherms appear to increase with increasing temperature And the adsorption process is adapted to the Langmuir adsorption model,which is a monolayer adsorption.The cycle of PMMA-NMMT is three times;the cycle of PS-NMMT is four times.
