| The airport clearance environment and management are very important for ensuring the flight safety of aircraft in airports.At present,China’s civil airport authorities generally fail to consider the one engine out of aircraft in clearance management,which poses an important risk to airport operation safety.One engine out,though rare,is highly risky once it occurs.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out a scientific and reasonable study on the clearance protection for aircraft one engine out,which is conducive to the pre-control of the risk of aircraft operation and the improvement of the technical system of clearance management.According to the flight performance of aircraft and related standards,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the take-off and climb profile,track control point,track decision point,aircraft speed,engine working state,flight altitude influence,obstacle clearance mode and obstacle clearance capability improvement method for one engine out of aircraft.Considering that enough judgment and operation time should be allowed for the pilot at the starting turning point and the procedure separation point,the paper optimizes the method of determining the emergency procedure decision point.In this paper,the plane protection area and the vertical height limit of the one engine out procedure are determined,which laid the foundation for determining the obstacles that affecting the aircraft flight safety.The study shows that current take-off climb limitation suface,aerodrome obstacle A chart,and obstacle indentification surface cannot provide complete protection for the aircraft with one engine out.In this paper,the improved take-off climb surface ITCS and the improved obstacle A chart are presented,and the restriction and discrimination standard OCEO for clearance protection of one engine out is constructed,which can carry out general evaluation and management of the obstacles that affecting one engine out aircraft.For the main aircraft models operating in airport and existing obstacle conditions,the airport can achieve accurate control and evaluation of new obstacles by designing the improved SID,the designated point or the designated altitude EOSID,which is also conducive to decrease the airline’s aircraft load reduction on the premise of ensuring obstacle clearance.The paper also establishes the collision risk model CRM for the conditions of aircraft one engine out,and the correction method of obstacle parameters.The application of CRM model can achieve the safety goal that the collision probability between aircraft and obstacle is less than 1×10-7.The integrated clearance diagram considering the one engine out can fully express the clearance technical requirements of the airport in the case of normal aircraft and engine failure,and also provides great convenience for urban construction and space planning.Through the above four methods,the paper constructs a technical system of clearance management for enigne failure protection of aircraft in the airport.The application of mythology in the case airport proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the technical system. |
