In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the construction industry has shown a booming trend.Because of its high strength, good durability, and low production costs concrete materials are widely used in the main structure of buildings and road surface layers. However, the heavy use of concrete has affected the circulation of urban water resources and damaged the ecological environment.Because urban rainwater cannot flow back to the soil,it causes waterlogging in urban rainy days, lower groundwater levels in the dry season, and severe heat island effects. In addition, the concrete-paved roads and squares are barren without grass. The appearance is rough, the color is dark, and the tactile effect is poor, giving a rough, hard, cold, and dark feeling. The destruction of ordinary concrete to the ecological environment seriously affects the citizens' demand for a better environment.Colored permeable concrete has the advantages of beautiful appearance, bright colors, low cost and simple construction. The material has the characteristics of water-permeable porous, lightweight and high strength. It is conducive to the return of rainwater to the soil and relieves the ecological pressure on the city. Therefore, colored permeable concrete came into being. This article summarizes the development status of colored permeable concrete at home and abroad.Research and analysis of problems in the production process. The test supplemented the types of colorants, and focused on the properties and content of colorants.Based on this, the design and application performance of the color permeable concrete were studied. The design of the concrete mix was optimized through experiments.performance.The following conclusions were reached:(1)In order to meet the strength requirements of concrete, the content of organic pigments should not exceed 2% of cement and inorganic pigments should not exceed 4% of cement. The concrete is studied from the coloring effect of the coloring agent. The color tones of the test specimens of the two attributes differ greatly, the color tone of the inorganic colorant is darker, and the color tone of the organic colorant is more vivid. The amount of organic pigments does not exceed 3% of the amount of cement, and the amount of inorganic pigments does not exceed 6% of the amount of cement.(2)Through aging test research,it is found that the coloring effect of inorganic pigments is not as good as organic pigments, but the aging resistance is worse than organic pigments. In order to meet the ecological performance of permeable concrete, the acidity and alkalinity of colored concrete were studied. The test found that the ordinary Portland cement has a pH value above 13.The alkalinity of concrete decreased by 0.8 under the influence of colorants. It can reduce the alkalinity of concrete from various aspects such as cement materials and construction technology.(3)The following conclusions are obtained through orthogonal test research: the larger the particle size of the aggregate, the better the water permeability of the concrete, the lower the strength, and the lower the static elastic modulus;the less the amount of cement, the better the water permeability of the concrete, but the strength The durability will be reduced accordingly;the water-cement ratio is most suitable at 0.3;the two attribute colorants have different degrees of damage to concrete strength and durability, and organic colorants have greater damage to concrete performance. It is determined that the particle size of concrete aggregate is 5-15 mm,the amount of cement is 260kg/m3,the water-cement ratio is 0.3,the colorant is selected as inorganic pigment, and the dosage is 4% of cement.
