The mine dust explosion is one of the hidden dangers in the underground mining of high sulfur metal mines.There have been many mine dust explosion accidents in Dongxiang Copper Mine,Tongguanshan Copper Mine and so on,which caused a lot of personal and property losses.Therefore,the study of sulfide dust explosion has important practical significance.In order to explore the effect of dispersion on the explosion characteristics of sulfuration dust,through sampling,laboratory sample preparation,the explosion strength?maximum explosion pressure,Pmax?and reaction rate?time to reach maximum explosion pressure,T1?was measured by 20L vessel in different dust concentrations?250,500,750 g/m3?,particle sizes?200,300,500mesh?,and sulfur content?10-20%,20-30%,30-40%?.It is found that when the sulfur content is the same,the dust concentration is the main control factor of the ore dust explosion intensity and reaction rate.When the concentration of sulfuration dust is the same and the sulfur content span is large,the explosion intensity of dust is mainly controlled by the sulfur content;when the sulfur content is close,the dispersion is the main control factor of the explosion intensity of the mine dust.But it is not the main control factor of explosion reaction By introducing Spearman correlation coefficient,it is evaluated whether the particle size parameters of D10?D25?D50?D75?D90 and Dave can be used to characterize the explosion intensity and reaction rate of sulfuration dust.In order to explore the reaction process of sulfide dust explosion,the oxidation, decomposition and intermediate products of pyrite,pyrrhotite with the same sulfur content and pyrrhotite with the increase of explosion temperature were qualitatively analyzed and compared from the point of view of chemical reaction by analyzing and calculating the molecular formula and the amount of substance of sulfide dust test samples and using the thermodynamic research software Factage And the composition of the final product.It is found that the reaction process of pyrite?FeS2?and oxygen from room temperature?297k?to explosion temperature?1282k?can be divided into four stages:the oxidation stage of FeS2,the decomposition stage of SO3?g?,the decomposition stage of Fe2?SO4?3?s?and the decomposition stage of the remaining SO3?g?. Pyrrhotite?Fe7S8?can be divided into three stages:oxidation stage of Fe7S8,decomposition stage of Fe2?SO4?3?s?and decomposition stage of remaining SO3?g?.In order to explore the prevention and control measures of dust explosion in high sulfur metal mine,the numerical simulation of mine dust explosion was carried out in the mine accident prone position.Firstly,the numerical simulation of 20L vessel sulfurized ore dust explosion test is carried out,and the reliability of the basic model is verified by the maximum explosion pressure.Then,the two-dimensional geometric model of the underground loading crossroad is established.The explosion of sulfuration dust in the loading crossroad under different fan conditions?wind speed0.2,0.4,1,2m/s?is simulated by fluent.The results show that the larger the wind speed is,the better the effect of dust removal is,and the more obvious the effect of reducing the explosion hazards?high temperature,SO2?of sulfide dust is.
