Goaf is a space with a certain scale formed in the process of underground resource exploitation,which has a serious threat to the mine production and personal safety.At the same time,some residual mineral resources will be left in the process of goaf formation.At present,the recovery of residual mineral resources and the treatment of goaf are the key factors that restrict the safety,economy and high efficiency of mining.Based on the research background of a mine in Anhui Province,aiming at the characteristics of large number,wide distribution and strong connectivity of the actual goafs,this paper first classifies the stability of surrounding rock,and then obtains the stability level of the goafs.On this basis,through numerical simulation,the recovery and treatment scheme of the residual mines are optimized.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The stability grade of surrounding rock is obtained by BQ classification method.On this basis,the stability grade of goaf is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the stability coefficient of goaf,the stability grade of goaf is obtained from-420 m to-620 m,which provides the basis for residual mining and goaf treatment.(2)The total volume of the goaf is about 100000 m3.According to the relationship between the distribution of the goaf and the occurrence of the residual ore,it is proposed that the goaf at the upper and lower parts of the residual ore mining area should not be filled and the primary inter pillar and point pillar should be reserved;the goaf at the upper part of the residual ore mining area should not be filled and the lower goaf should be filled and the primary inter pillar and point pillar should be reserved;the goaf at the upper and lower parts of the residual ore mining area should be filled and the primary inter pillar and point pillar should be reserved Through the comparative analysis of the distribution of the tensile stress,the displacement of the roof and the scope of the plastic area,the mining plan of the upper goaf not filling,the lower goaf filling,the original inter pillar and point pillar reservation in the residual mining area is finally determined.(3)In view of the proposed mining scheme of no filling in the upper goaf,filling in the lower goaf and reserving primary inter pillar and point pillar in the residual mining area,the mining structural parameters and mining sequence of residual mining are optimized.Among them,the mining sequence is from line 25 at the end to line 27 at the end,the size of the primary inter pillar is 4m,and the size of the point pillar is 4m × 4m.(4)Aiming at the problem of goaf treatment,the paper analyzes the technical conditions of goaf treatment,and determines to adopt filling method and closing method as the method of goaf treatment in mining area.On this basis,two different goaf treatment schemes are put forward and the numerical calculation model of goaf treatment scheme is established.Through the comparison and analysis of numerical calculation results,it is finally selected to advance – 540 m ~-596 m As the treatment scheme of the mined out area,row filling can provide some guidance for the safe mining in the deep.
