Paint brushes are widely used in daily production and life,and their demand increases year by year.It is mainly composed of handles,bristles,cardboard,iron shells and small iron nails.The production of paint brushes consists of iron shell compounding,bristles implanting,gluing,inserting,nailing and bristles trimming.The hair transplanting process is based on manual implantation under the existing production conditions,the degree of automation is low,and the product quality is poor.This paper is mainly based on the analysis of the traditional manual bristle implantation process,design a bristles automatic implanting production line,instead of artificial production,improve production quality and efficiency,and some of the technology research and analysis.The main research contents include:(1)Flocked Production Line Process Analysis and Overall Scheme Design.It includes: six processes: wool finishing,wool picking,wool implanting,cardboard implanting,bristle dressing,and iron shell conveying.(2)Design and Analysis of Mechanical System of Flocking Production Line.According to the design requirements of the production line,the mechanical system structure of the bristles implanting automated production line is designed,and the working principle and flow are introduced.Simulation analysis of tool selection in cardboard implant system using ANSYS Workbench simulation module.The result is 2 angle.The three-dimensional model in the iron shell conveying process was imported into the ADAMS simulation software,and the kinematics simulation was performed based on the ADAMS software model.End of this chapter,the overall structure drawing of the brush bristles implanting line of the paint brush is given.(3)Design control and pneumatic system,select hardware and software for the control system of the production line,and design the main program control flow chart and subroutine flow chart based on PLC control.(4)Two sets of experimental devices are designed to study the performance of brush implants.Determine the pull-out force required by the bristles for each size in the bristles trimming process,and the optimum amount of bristles for each size.The experimental results are that the pull-out force setting values for 1 inch to 5 inch are 4N,6N,11 N,7N and 9N.The optimal bristles of 1 inch to 5 inches are 3.5g,7g,16 g,17g and 18 g respectively.Two sets of device software use LabView as a system development environment.The results show that the two sets of experimental devices have stable performance and reliable measurement results.They provide important reference for parameter setting and type selection in electrical control systems.
