Inverters used in coal mines in our country basically use diode rectification to convert AC power into DC power,and then uses IGBT inverters to drive AC motors.This electrical equipment can only work in an electric state and cannot achieve a twoway flow of energy.The use of a diode rectifier device requires a separate braking unit to consume excess energy brought by the motor and other equipment during braking to achieve the safety performance of the system.At the same time,diode rectification will bring serious current harmonic pollution,resulting in low power factor of the equipment and severe pollution to the power grid.This article studies the conversion of the diode rectifier unit of the inverter to a PWM rectifier composed of IGBT devices in order to minimize the harmonic pollution of the electrical equipment of the coal mine to the power grid and improve the power quality;to meet the needs of a wide range of input voltage of the equipment;Reduce the volume of coal mine equipment and do a good job of flameproof performance.This paper focuses on the PWM rectifier control system,and conducts research and analysis from the basic working methods,circuit system analysis,mathematical modeling analysis,and laboratory hardware platform.The main contents and innovations of this article are as follows:1.Find out the literature to understand the research background and significance of PWM rectifiers at home and abroad,expound the current research status of this circuit,and point out the rapid development of power electronic converters,more and more converter devices are widely used in the social,economic and national life.The necessity and importance of developing PWM rectifiers in coal mine electrical equipment are obtained.2.The basic working principle of the three-phase voltage PWM rectifier is analyzed: starting from the classification and topological structure of the circuit system,the structural characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of voltage,current and single-phase,three-phase VSR circuits are introduced in detail.3.The establishment of the mathematical model of the circuit system is introduced,and the Park transform and Clark transform are briefly described.Mathematical models of three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifiers in three-phase stationary abc coordinate system,two-phase stationary ?? coordinate system,and two-phase rotating dq coordinate system are established,and the corresponding instantaneous power theory.4.The design,verification and analysis of hardware and software are carried out with the laboratory prototype as the experimental object,including the electrical parameters of the prototype,the no-load and load operating conditions of the prototype,and the output voltage and current waveforms.And analyze to verify the feasibility of the designed hardware and software.The application of high-performance PWM rectifier technology in coal mine electrical equipment can achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.The research results of this subject have certain reference significance for the application of PWM rectifier technology in coal mine electrical equipment,and have broad market application prospects.
