Water-based anti-rust oil drawing as a relatively new type of anti-rust oil,there are many optimization requires,as both the transport and water-based anti-rust drawing oil taboos have bubble formation,when using water-based anti-rust oil drawing in use to see if there are bubbles,will let the metal material and air and water can directly produce electrochemical reaction,accelerate the corrosion rate of iron,so in order to solve the problem of water-based anti-rust drawing oil bubble,the way we choose to join defoaming agent to eliminate water-based anti-rust drawing of foam in the oil,We chose H1005 alcohol defoaming agent,defoaming agent,H1007 H1006 alcohol polyether silicon defoamer,H1008 silicone polyether defoamer,H1009 polysiloxane defoaming agent,H1010 mineral oil defoamer and H1011 mineral oil defoamer five defoaming agent to defoaming of water-based anti-rust oil drawing,surface tension and antirust experiment,and is suitable for water-based anti-rust drawing oil kind of antifoaming agent.Our defoaming of water-based anti-rust oil drawing experiment is,water-based anti-rust oil drawing will be diluted 20 times,and joined the maximum amount of antifoaming agent,namely the defoaming agent dosage accounted for 1.0% of total weight solution,by shaking hard plastic bottles,contrast bubbles of water-based anti-rust oil drawing height and static elimination rate to determine the available bubble after defoaming agent,and get the best defoaming agent is H1009 polysiloxane defoaming agent,followed by H1007 silicone polyether defoaming agent,finally H1005 alcohol defoaming agent and H1006 alcohol defoaming agent for water-based anti-rust drawing oil defoaming have no effect.The anti-rust properties of water-based anti-rust drawing oil with defoamers were tested under the fixed conditions of dilution of anti-rust oil 20 times,40 times and soaking temperature at 65?,respectively.When the dilution ratio was 20 times and40 times,the dosage of defoaming agent and soaking temperature were changed respectively,and the conclusion was drawn by comparing the anti-rust time and antirust effect.When the soaking temperature is fixed,the amount of defoaming agent and the dilution ratio of anti-rust oil are respectively changed.Similarly,the conclusion of anti-rust time and anti-rust effect are obtained by comparing the three conditions with the best.The order of anti-rust time can be obtained.Finally,through three experiments,it is concluded that using H1009 polysiloxane defoamer is the firstchoice with the best effect,followed by H1007 polysiloxane defoamer and H1008 polysiloxane defoamer,and the defoamer dosage is 1.0%,and the dilution ratio of water-based anti-rust drawing oil is 35 times and 40 times.
