| Ferrocenyl compounds are widely used as combustion rate catalysts in solid propellants because they can be decomposed into highly active ferric trioxide during combustion.However,the common alkyl ferrocene-based combustion rate catalysts have some defects in the production and application of composite solid propellants,such as volatilization and migration.To solve the existing problems,five ferrocenyl Schiff base compounds were synthesized by connecting ferrocene with energy-containing compounds,and 25 ferrocenyl schiff base complexes were designed and synthesized by using ferrocenyl Schiff base compounds as ligands and introducing transition metal as the central ion.The main contents are as follows:(1)Using ferrocene formaldehyde and different nitrogen heterocycles as raw materials,five kinds of ferrocenyl Schiff base energetic compounds were synthesized and characterized.The thermal stability behavior was evaluated by thermogravimetric technology.The thermogravimetric(TG)curve showed that the decomposition temperature of 2a,2b,and 2c compounds was roughly 250 ℃,2d and 2e began to decompose after 150 ℃,that is,the stability of ferrocenyl Schiff base triazoles was higher than ferrocenyl Schiff base tetrazoles.The Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC)technique showed that the five compounds advanced the thermal decomposition peak temperature of the AP to different degrees,and 2d coverd the heat absorption peak of crystal transformation of AP itself.(2)Take five ferrocenyl Schiff base compounds as energetic ligands,Co(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)as the central metal Ion,designed and synthesized a series of new ferrocenyl Schiff base energetic complexes,and studied their thermal stability and combustion catalytic performance for AP.TG results show that these complexes have higher thermal stability than ligands,and most of them have obvious decomposition after 250 ℃.The catalytic effect of 25 ferrocenyl Schiff base energetic complexes on the thermal decomposition of AP was evaluated by DSC,and compared with the corresponding ferrocenyl Schiff base compounds,the results showed that the catalytic effect of these complexes was more Significantly.When the central metal ion is Co(Ⅱ),the catalytic effect on AP is the best,and the exothermic concentration is concentrated,and when 2e is ligand,the exothermic peak temperature of pure AP can be advanced to 251 ℃.Zn(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)are next,when the central metal ion is Zn(Ⅱ),the exothermic heat can reach up to 2241 J/g.When the central metal ions are Pb(Ⅱ)and Cd(Ⅱ),it has a certain catalytic effect on AP,which can obviously advance the peak temperature of the second exothermic peak of pure AP.When the ligand is ferrocenyl tetrazole with higher nitrogen content,the catalytic effect is better than that of ferrocenyl triazole. |
