| At present,the problem of organic water pollution has been becoming increasingly.Photocatalytic oxidation technology has many advantages in the field of organic pollution treatment,such as mild reaction conditions,wide treatment range,dispense with the introduction of other substances,advanced treatment and so on.However,in the application process of photocatalytic oxidation technology,there are shortcomings such as easy deactivation of the catalyst,poor dispersibility,and difficulty in recycling.Therefore,it is of practical research significance and value to prepare a photocatalyst with high catalytic activity,good dispersibility,easy recovery,and reusability.In this paper,a kind of nickel oxide(NiO)nano-material with a stable structure supported on nano porous anodic alumina(nano-PAA)was prepared by self-organizing growth method.The composition and structural characteristics of nano-PAA-NiO composites were analyzed by SEM,EDS,XRD and photoluminescence spectra.The specific surface area of the material was calculated by N2 adsorption-desorption test(129.11 m2/g),and the band gap was calculated with the UV-vis absorption spectra(3.0 e V).The electron transfer characteristics of the material were studied by photoluminescence spectroscopy.Then,the organic dye pollutant methyl orange in the laboratory was photocatalyzed by using the nano-PAA-NiO composite material as photocatalysts,and the effects of different factors on its photocatalytic activity were analyzed in detail.The results displayed the maximum degradation rate of methyl orange with nano-PAA-NiO could reach 94.3%.And when the catalyst was reused three times,the degradation rate of methyl orange could still reach more than 80%.Finally,the reaction mechanism of nano-PAA-NiO photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was clarified,and its reaction kinetic data conformed to the first-order kinetic equation.The supported nano-PAA-NiO composite material has a controllable morphology structure,excellent stability and dispersion,as well as good activity and reusability of photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.Furthermore,the preparation process is economical,security and can be prepared in large area.Nano-PAA-NiO has practical value in production and life. |
