With the continuous progress and development of China's economy,the demand for diesel and other energy products in all walks of life is also growing,and the requirements for its main transport vehicle,railway liquid tanker,are more stringent.When the railway liquid tanker reduces its speed urgently,the intense sloshing of the liquid inside the liquid tanker will have a greater impact on the tank wall.The higher requirement for the strength of the liquid tanker was put forward.In recent years,some researchers have found that installing a wave-proof plate inside the liquid tanker can effectively counteract some inertia forces,especially installing a transverse wave-proof plate inside the liquid tanker is more obvious.Therefore,it is very important to study the influence of transverse wave-proof plate on the strength of railway liquid tanker for designing it and using it safely.Based on fluid dynamics,the VOF method was used to study the role of the horizontal wave-proof plate in the process of deceleration of railway liquid tanker deeply in the thesis.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The background and significance of this thesis was introduced.The research status of fluid calculation,fluid simulation,fluid-solid coupling analysis of liquid tanker at home and abroad were introduced.(2)The basic concepts of VOF was introduced.The dynamic and static equilibrium equations of the filling system of the liquid tanker during deceleration were established.In addition,after analyzing the mechanical model of the liquid inside the tank during deceleration and the conservation equations of energy and momentum,the calculation model and algorithm to be applied in the fluid calculation of the liquid tanker were selected.(3)Combined with the actual working conditions,the overall structure of the liquid tanker were analyzed.Through the existing research,the overall structure of the liquid tanker chassis,bogie and tank body was selected.The type ? and type ? wave-proof plates were designed,and the number and the layout position of wave-proof plates for fluid calculation were determined.The material of the liquid tanker was determined,and the three-dimensional model of the tank body of the liquid tanker was established.(4)Using ADINA software,the liquid sloshing condition inside the tank during the emergency deceleration was analyzed.According to the structure style of the wave-proof plate,the pressure contrast of the liquid inside the tank to the liquid tanker was obtained under 14 different working conditions,such as different filling ratio,different number and shape of the wave-proof plate.(5)The strength of ADINA data was analyzed using ANSYS software according to the concrete structure and inherent force of tank body.The influencing factors of wave-proof plate on the strength of liquid tanker in the course of running were obtained,that is,the comparison of the influence of different wave-proof plate number,shape and different filling ratio on the strength of liquid tanker in the course of running.In this thesis,the liquid sloshing inside the liquid tanker during deceleration was systematically studied.The influence of filling ratio,structure and quantity of wave-proof plate on the strength of the liquid tanker was obtained.It can play a guiding role in the design of railway liquid tanker and wave-proof plate.
