Synthesis And Adsorption Properties Of Polyaniline Matrix Composites

Adsorption is a simple,efficient,low energy consumption,easy to operate and does not produce toxic secondary compounds dye removal method,so it has attracted much attention.In this paper,toxic dyes in printing and dyeing wastewater were treated by adsorption method.The key to adopting this method is to use the adsorbent which is low cost,easy to prepare and reusable,making the process economically feasible.Polyaniline?PANI?is an excellent adsorbent,but it cannot be recycled and reused after adsorbed,so it is not suitable for practical application.Therefore,this paper considers to improve the adsorption performance and separation and recovery performance by combining PANI with other materials.In this paper,PANI/CoFe₂O₄ nanocomposites were prepared in the first part.Firstly,CoFe₂O₄ nanoparticles were synthesized by solvothermal method.Subsequently,PANI/CoFe₂O₄ nanocomposites were obtained for the adsorption of anionic dye Congo red?CR?.The effects of adsorbent addition,initial dye concentration,pH value and temperature on the adsorption CR process of PANI/CoFe₂O₄ were studied.Finally,in order to explore the economic feasibility of the prepared PANI/CoFe₂O₄ adsorbent,the adsorbent was desorbed and regenerated,and the cyclic adsorption performance of the dye was studied again.Biological waste banana peel?BPP?material has a certain adsorption effect on anion dye,but the adsorption capacity is unsatisfactory.Therefore,in the experiment,PANI with excellent adsorption performance was combined with BPP to improve the adsorption capacity.Then,the influence of external factors on the adsorption of anion dyes by BPP/PANI composite was explored by changing different experimental conditions.Finally,the adsorption effect of BPP/PANI composite on other anion dyes and mixed dyes was studied.
