With rapid development of Chinese economy,the demand for convenient transportation in the domestic machinery manufacturing industry and processing industry has gradually increased,making the number of ships used for maritime transportation in China rising year by year,but this also brings the problem of oily sewage treatment and discharge in the shipping process.Ultrasonic technology is a clean,efficient and widely researched water treatment technology developed in recent years.In this paper,the oily sewage from ships is taken as the research object to carry out the research on the efficiency of the treatment of oily sewage from ships by ultrasonic and its intensification technology,and the follow-up fenton oxidation treatment of the effluent to explore the possibility of the reuse of oily sewage from ships.The main research content of this paper includes the test of separate ultrasonic treatment of oily sewage from ships and the determination of the optimal condition of ultrasonic treatment of oily sewage from ships.To determine the best test conditions,the conventional coagulation test and the separate H2O2 test were carried out.Based on the optimal ultrasonic operating parameters and test conditions,the ultrasonic enhanced coagulation technology and ultrasonic enhanced H2O2 treatment of oily sewage from ships were tested,and the treatment effects of different ultrasonic enhanced technologies were compared,the mechanism of ultrasonic enhanced was analyzed.The oil content removal rate and economic benefit were used as the main indexes to compare the two ultrasonic intensification technologies,the results show that ultrasonic enhanced coagulation technology for ship oily sewage treatment effect is better and lower economic input than the other technologyThe effluent from the ultrasonic enhanced coagulation test was treated by fenton oxidation,and the effects of H2O2 concentration,FeSO4 concentration,different pH values and other conditions on the effect of fenton oxidation treatment of ship oily wastewater were investigated.The results showed that the final effluent concentration was 3.4ppm under the optimal test conditions,which reached the wastewater reuse standard stipulated in the?Standards for Control of Discharge of Water Pollutants from Ships?implemented in China on July 1,2018.At last,the component analysis of effluent samples was carried out by GC-MS.The results show that the oil content of ship oily sewage is effectively degraded by ultrasonic intensification technology combined with fenton oxidation treatment.The experimental data of feasibility operation of ultrasonic intensification technology to treat oily sewage from ships are obtained through this test,and the possibility of reuse of oily sewage from ships is explored,which provides theoretical and technical support for the application of ultrasonic intensification technology combined with fenton oxidation combination process to treat oily sewage from ships.
