At present,the annual consumption of Baosteel Al2O3-SiC-C refractory refractory waste of about 10 thousand tons,the resulting waste materials about 2000-3000 T,mainly from the blast furnace iron runner,and mixer ladle lining.The three part which is part of refractory material production with high grade,fused white corundum price higher.Dense fused corundum or sintered corundum as main raw materials,with high-quality silicon carbide particles or differential,graphite matrix composition,there are still quite a part of the high grade refractory material of waste refractory material after recycling,so the value of aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick with high refractory waste,and its regeneration use can effectively reduce the material cost,form a strong support for the enterprise to reduce the cost.This paper based on the use of refractory materials and parts analysis of Baosteel Al2O3-SiC-C system,to determine the resistance of waste material recycling The direction of the research.Through the analysis of complex chemical composition Al2O3-SiC-C waste refractory materials,study and formulate the classification process and process of recycled scrap crushing in screening,and designed according to the physicochemical properties of recycled materials,with different size,different additives,test different proportion of waste materials,the conventional physical chemical properties,slag resistance,oxidation resistance and so on.At the same time the industrial application of the research results,and built a waste crushing screening recycling production line,and the field application test of blast furnace iron ditch cover pouring material is carried out and achieved success.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Department of waste refractory bricks by jaw crusher after screening,using a bar magnet,the physical removal of iron particles of the material,recycled iron content decreased obviously.The original brick layer and surface layer the iron content in 2.54%and 3.16%below 1%.2.The wheel grind method in removing false particle material recovery,better,compared with the ball milling effect.This experiment adopts SHN type rolling wheel sand mixing machine grinding to remove false particles,the mixing time should be 6 min.3.ASC waste refractory after iron removal,grinding,sieving and magnetic gravity winnowing processing recovery material the main mineral composition of corundum,mullite,graphite,a small amount of quartz,and high purity,can be used for the regeneration of ASC refractories quality raw materials.4.ASC waste refractory material recycling as the main raw material prepared using ASC iron ladle castable,experimental results show that the flow properties of recycled ASC castable,the sample line 110?*24 h and 1450?*3 H treatment after the change rate is less than 0.2%,the volume density of about 2.85 g/cm3.5.ASC waste refractory material for recycling The main raw material,thermoset phenolic resin was prepared with ASC iron runner ramming material as binder,with 200?*8 h and 1450?*3 H treatment,the volume density of the samples was 2.85?2.90 g/cm3;static slag experiments show that recycled fine particle fraction(1-0.1 mm)was lower than 4.5%ASC prepared by ramming material the slag resistance is good.6.ASC refractory waste recycling materials as the main raw material,thermoset phenolic resin was prepared with ASC brick wall and the bottom of the bag bag of hot metal as binder,with 200?*8 h after heat treatment,the sample volume density of 2.88 g/cm3 bending and compressive strength with the fine particle fraction(1-0.1 mm)content increased the increase of.7.In nitrogen atmosphere,the recovery of Al2O3-SiC-C powder is 1500?*4 h after heat treatment can be prepared by Al2O3-Sialon-SiC composite powder,beta-Sialon formed with SiC layered staggered cylindrical structure,crystalline beta-Sialon and generated full grain growth,good.8.ASC waste refractory material recycling as the main raw material preparation of the ditch cover life field application of castable has reached the expected requirements,and the cost is far lower than the direct purchase cost.
