At present industry is moving from direct-flow water supply systems to circulating and closed water use systems. This case necessitates the deep cleaning of wastewater generation during the production process.Suspensions emitted from wastewater during their mechanical, biological, and physicochemical(reagent)treatment is sediments. The sewage sludge combines a wide range of organic and inorganic substances of biogenic and abiogenic origin, including heavy metals. The great bulk of the sludge does not find practical application,so the development of methods for processing sludge is required. In this work, the technology of co-pyrolysis of two feedstocks was used:sewage sludge(SS)and rhamnus parvifolia(RP)in fluidized bed pyrolyzer(FBP).The results of the pyrolysis of pure form components were compared with their various ratios of 1:3,2:2,and 3:1 at three temperatures 450?,650?,850?.The analysis of the main products-pyrolytic oils(PyO),and non-condensable gases(NCG)was conducted, along with the biochar analysis. To conduct the conversion process, the fluidized bed pyrolysis technique was used.An analysis of the composition of the products was held. The gas and condensate yield increased with rising of the process temperature.During combined pyrolysis of SS and RP at 850? degrees the condensate yield reached a maximum of 34.75 wt.%by ratio RP:SS=3:1,the result is higher compared with SS and RP separate pyrolysis.Condensate analysis showed pH 9 for SS and pH 3-4 for RP and its mixtures with SS.Analysis of the components showed that SS products are enriched with nitrogen-containing compounds, and products of RP are abundant with phenols. The primary gas has proven to be CO2 and has the biggest values during the pyrolysis of RP,although on the other side the CH4 yield increases with heat gain.Gases did not contain HCl and NH3,but the presence of HCN and H2S was found. The main content of sulfur goes to coal. The synergistic effect of CaO,which is contained in a large amount in RP,reduces the concentration of nitrogen-containing products.Analysis of coal showed a small yield of heavy metals, mainly Zn,Cu,and Cr.FTIR results show that pyrolysis promotes the conversion of organic macromolecules into small molecular organic complexes such as alcohols, carboxylic amides, amines, acids, aromatic, aliphatic hydrocarbons.Analysis of the surface proved that co-pyrolysis makes the structure more voluminous and porous, which undoubtedly improves the quality of the char.
