As an important part of the vehicle traveling mechanism,the performance of the tire greatly affects the performance of the vehicle.At present,the mainstream products in the tire market are still radial tires and bias tires.These two kinds of classic traditional tires with rubber as the main material inevitably have some disadvantages,such as tire blowout,high pollution in the manufacturing process and difficult recycling of waste tires.With the continuous improvement of human awareness of environmental protection,reducing the black pollution generated by the tire industry has become the focus of the industry research work.Large companies and research teams in related fields at home and abroad have c onducted in-depth research in the field of all-plastic tires.In this paper,the environmental-friendly electric patrol car with all plastic tire is taken as the research object,and the front research of all plastic tire is carried out from the two aspects of structure design and performance analysis,which provides a certain research basis for the development of this type of tire.The specific work is as follows:1.After analyzing the performance requirements of all plastic tire based on electric patrol car,polyurethane elastomer is selected as the main material of tire,and then the material constitutive equation is determined according to the tensile test and its own characteristics of polyurethane material.Finally,the correctness of the constitutive equation is proved by curve fitting.2.After comparing the structure of the solid,spoke-type,crescent-type and supporting body-type all plastic tire,the design of the electric patrol car is determined to adopt the supporting type of all plastic tire structure,and the preliminary design of all plastic tire structure is completed.3.Finite element modeling(FEM)of all plastic tire is established by using FEM software ABAQUS,and several sets of simulation tests of all plastic tire are completed.Based on the single factor analysis method and the orthogonal test method,the key parameters of the all plastic tire of the electric patrol car are determined,that is,the number of tire openings 12,the diameter of the through hole 50mm,the center width of the support 5mm and the length of the support 100mm.The effect of each important factor on the maximum stress difference of the all-plastic tire from large to small is as follows:the number of tire openings,the length of the support,the center width of the support,and the through hole diameter.4.FEM software ABAQUS is used to analyze the grounding performance of all plastic tire based on electric patrol vehicle,including the analysis of the ground stress of all plastic tire,the analysis of the ground weight of all plastic tire and the analysis of the ground area of all plastic tire.The defects of all plastic tire in the above analysis results are further improved in its structural design.Finally,the radius of the arc at the junction of the sidewall and tread of the all-plastic tire is determined to be 10mm,which improved the grounding performance of the all-plastic tire.
