All inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite quantum dots(CsPbX3 QDs) have attracted extensive attention because of their high quantum yield and narrow emission.Now,CsPbX3 QDs has become an important part of nanomaterials for various optoelectronic devices and have shown excellent performance comparable to that of traditional semiconductors.However,the colloidal perovskite material are easily affected by water and oxygen and losing their original structure due to the surface defects.Here the preparation of Sn doped CsPbX3 NCs has been discussed emphatically,then combined with paraffin wax and glass matrix.The luminescence characteristics,macroscopic states,microscopic structures,morphologies of the samples,and their performance in LED equipment are systematically studied by a series of modern analytical methods.The specific contents are as follows:1.SnCl2 was successfully added into CsPbI3 by hot-inject method.Sn ions can partially replace Pb ions,which result in the lattice of quantum dots shrinks,increasing the formation energy of the material.Clions concentrate on the surface of the material,which can neutralize Pb ions that do not match on the surface,thus reducing defects and increasing the quantum yield of the material to 83.7%.2.Sn doped CsPb(Br/I)3 QDs were successfully prepared by hot-inject,and the band gap of the material was adjusted with the different content of Sn.Then the colloidal QDs and solid paraffin wax were combined to prepare paraffin-coated QDs materials.It can retain excellent luminous intensity after being immersed in water for 20 days,finally,the materials were successfully applied to white LED.3.Sn doped CsPbBr3 QDs glass was prepared by melt-thermal quenching.By embedding the dots in a glass substrate have improved the air,water,light and heat stability of QDs.At the same time,the effect of Sn content on material properties is also studied.By transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron energy spectrum(XPS)and a series of test methods on the structure of microcrystalline glass,luminescent properties have been characterized.More importantly,Sn doped CsPbBr3 QDs glass has been successfully applied to the preparation of white LED and the color temperature,color rendering index and color coordinate of the W-LED device can be adjusted.
